Camera is fantastic. No complaints there. Every once in a while, I'll have an issue, but nowhere near as much as the other apps. There's a lot of vintage japanese that does not scan correctly does not pull the correct price

I love the site keeping track of my cards without carrying a big binder. Having my collection at my fingertips has made it so easy to know what I am missing. Also adding cards just by taking a picture has been a great help keep my collection up to date.

As a new pokemon card collector I wasn't sure which app to use to keep track of what cards I owned already. Having an idea of what the cards I own were worth makes rare candy my go to application, now I use it every time....

Instapacks scam. Purchased 35 packs and literally every pack falls below what you paid. There demo shows you 6 really pricey cards worth well over what you would have paid but from my experience it is a complete scam. Steer clear of this crappy app and its scummy tactics

While it took a little longer than expected to get my Instapacks shipment in, I understand the program is in beta, and they're working out the kinks. My cards arrived in immaculate condition, and customer support has been extremely fast and helpful. The card scanner is the reason I downloaded at first, and it's the best.

A big scam. I’ve purchased different mystery packs from a few different companies and this was by far the worst. I’ve been watching leonhart since 2015 and I didn’t realize he’s a con. No longer a fan. I’d stay very far away from this if I was a first time buyer.

This app is absolutely ridiculous! I see people all the time getting told they don’t have the card they got in stock or the shipping takes months and the customer service is horrible! There is nothing about this app that make doing the insta packs worth it. Every one of the competitors do the same thing and don’t have any of these issues. It all seems like a big scam for them to just make money. Don’t believe me just join the discord server and you can see all the complaints from customers. I would not recommend this company what so ever!

Cards have taken 3 weeks to ship. Poor reaponse time from CSR

The app is good for scanning cards but I purchased an “instant pack for $5 on June 11th and as I’m writing this on June 18th, UPS says “label created” insinuating they haven’t even received the package yet. Rare candy tried to smooth things over by offering me “candies” (their form of currency) in exchange instead of giving my my money back but haven’t yet and even so what would that settle if they hold your cards and money hostage?

Don’t do it……I ordered from them on May 10th, I spent $198 and it is now June 4th and they still haven’t even shipped my order, when it states 3-5days on their website. It’s been a month and their customer service is awful they do not help at all just repeat the same “all orders are shipped within 3-5 days” like how can you say that when it’s been a month since I ordered….this is theft.

The item I received was completely different from what I ordered. The receipt order had a Mega evolution booster box but got a Japanese mega dream ex booster bundle. I've emailed the help email and still waiting on a response.

TCG - If you are buying single packs from them BEWARE. They sell DEAD PACKS. The product I bought was clearly not in its original seal.

Out of the 18 packs I got only got 3 SR the rest were all Rare. 😓

I have used Rare Candy for quite awhile now and have logged over 5500 cards! I find this app to be very informative and easy to use! I like that there is no daily scan limit and prices update daily through TCG Player! I am going to start doing auctions and ordering from the reputable retailers to expand my collection! I enjoy Rare Candy and will continue to use it for my collection!!

I have ordered products for years from Rare Candy. Anything from almost $700 Aquapolis packs to the modern sets and have had nothing but great service and authentic amazing products! Very trustworthy and reliable. Truly one of the BEST out there!
