Auto focus glasses.
Product arrived on time and looked fine, until I tried the glasses on and the lenses were so strong they made me feel queasy everything was way out of focus, not what the advert said that they would automatically adjust to your eyes.

I paid via PayPal. For some reason the charge was slightly more than advertised. I contacted the company and a refund of the overpayment was actioned within 48hrs. Regular email updates with the order progress. Items arrived in perfect condition.

I ordered a product that was photographed by the courier being left on a stair well of my apartment block.
He states this as being a safe place.
Guess what.. someone stole it.
Now this company will.not refund me.and just keep.sending me the photo of my package on the stairs for all to take.
101 flats in this block so they could be anywhere.
