Improve your delivery tracker so its more informative for customer experience.

Waited in for four days for my ‘next day delivery’. All day for the 12 hour delivery window. Still hasn’t arrived. Same email bumping it to the next day arrives at 8pm every day. Will have to rush to the shops and buy a wedding outfit tomorrow. And the company I originally bought from will lose their sale.

Quiver were able to deliver my package under challenging circumstances and communicated well throughout the process. Thank you.

This company is paid by North and South wines to deliver and, so far, I have had the delivery failed or rescheduled 3 times. I should have received this on Friday and it’s now Monday. I have paid a whopping £10 for this service and it has been absolutely rubbish. Do not use.

Delivery driver was great and followed instructions

i also worked in this company from the last 5 months and they are not paying me payment and when i asked then they giving me excuses that we are waiting for payment from customers which i don’t think so that customers holding their payments for 5-6 months and this company still working for them . I think they just making fool to their workers . So i highly requested to everyone that please don’t work with this company because they will not paying you one single penny.

I checked that this order could actually be delivered on the same day. As I didn't put the order through until late afternoon. The company checked with Quiver and they accepted the order.
I was kept up to date throughout the delivery. Unbelievable service and I can truly recommend Quiver.

This company does not pay their staff! Stay away from this company at all costs. I did 3 shifts in total with them.....the first shift was a trial which they said would be paid. During the following 2 shifts, I had to pay congestion charges as the company does not pay this which I was happy to agree to at the time. Pay day came and I wasn't paid. They kept hounding me to do more shifts and I kept explaining that I couldn't afford to do any more shifts until they paid me for the shifts I had already worked. For 2 months they kept fobbing me off by telling me they were waiting to be paid by the customers and once they got paid, I would be paid. 4months later and I've still never received a single payment despite multiple email conversations. This company is a complete scam!

They do not pay employees, they wait till the end of the month to then tell you they are waiting to be paid for them to pay you. Very unprofessional company.

The driver squeezed my package through the mailbox and it took very long to take out. It was temporarily stuck.

Driver gave update with expected delivery time and asked if I’d be i. They called me and brought package to my door. Excellent service and great delivery person. Thank you.

Whoever wants to work here, they have still not paid me after 2 months of work. This is the email they keep sending, I will update in future. Only responded because I threatened to take legal action.
