Absolutely thrilled with how the groomers at Weston Favell and the rest of the staff treated our boisterous dog today 05/08/2026 he looks amazing thank you so much xx

If I could give a minus I would. I took my difficult dog here for a groom having been told by the manager that the groomer there is the best. Long story short they treated my dog in such a bad way they Broke His Spirit 2 weeks on he's still very Sad and Nervous. When trying to get to the bottom of what caused it the Manager got very defensive I have been very respectful under the circumstances but I've been threatened if I go to the store again the Police will be called ! No concern for my poor broken boy.

We use Rebbca at Sutton and Ashfield pets and friends in salon groomers,she's the best 5 ***** and a lovely lady to.

I’ve ordered cat food and did say delivery 3 working days. It took a week to receive the item so not the service I’ve paid for and when I contacted them they give me a totally wrong information!!! First and last time using them not recommending at all. Waste my of money. I’ve had to buy from somewhere else to fill the gap!!

A minor problem with a bag of pet food damaged in transit was superbly handled to my complete satisfaction. Excellent customer service.

The moment I walked in the store with my dog I felt uncomfortable. There was no greet not even a smile. I was in maybe 5 mins and asked a question. The response was a brush by me and my dog to point at the item with no assistance or offer of assurance. My dog (8mths old) knocked a display of Easter eggs over which I offered to pick up but got what felt like a grunt of exceptance that they would do it. I placed two items on the desk and said I need other stuff. I walked around and as soon as I was close to the till (not yet finished) the scanning started so I just paid for those items and left. Never felt so uncomfortable in a pet shop ever. I’ll buy the other items elsewhere

Went to pet and friends Sutton In Ashfield yesterday really been struggling to get my dog a good diet Gail and pat was terrific with their knowledge of what to give him and gave is all the time in the world explaining to us they have helped us more than the vets and are so friendly thank you to you both and your expertise this is not just a job to these they have the welfare of your loved ones if you need help these are the ladies to go to pet and friends keep hold of these two lovely people 🩵🩵🐶🐶👏👏

I took my dog for grooming. Was told the groom would be about 1 hour 30 minutes. I was called after 1 hour and told my dog was ready. I arrived after 30 minutes due to traffic and was charged an extra £10 for being late. I felt this was unfair as this was within the 1 hour 30 minutes that I had in mind. Will most definitely not be going there again.

I'm quite disheartened, as I had organized a session for this Saturday but received a notification today that they're understaffed once more. I arranged this weeks in advance, and after being let down repeatedly, I won't be returning to Pets Parlour Spa & Grooming.

The service was impressively swift and efficient. The product selection is fantastic, and navigating their website is a breeze. They surprised me with a complimentary gift alongside the dog food, which was a delightful gesture. I’ll definitely shop at Pets & Friends in the future.

I have been a regular customer with a monthly subscription for two years. Last month's order has not been fulfilled, and this is not the first time... Customer care does not respond to messages. They do not have a contact number. They do not have the courtesy to inform you when orders are not sent, but they are fast taking your money. They also have the same dog food on their website for sale... My subscription is being cancelled, and I will find another company. Really disapointed..

Supposed to have received my parcel last week. It wasn’t delivered to me and I’ve been unable to locate it. Made a query with the online form and received no response. Have emailed also and received no response. Customer service is terrible.

I've used the in-store grooming salon regularly for 2 of my nervous ex-puppy farm rescues. I have nothing but praise for how the staff go out of their way to ensure the grooming experience is as stress-free as possible. The excellent quality of the cut is an added bonus for me. The store staff are also friendly and helpful and always on hand to answer any queries I may have.

Offered cashback to entice then declined it 6 months later. We spend thousands a year on high quality cat food and will not shop there again.

I have used their online service for quite a while now, and they are always reliable and trustworthy. The communication is great, and the deals offered are very good.
I could not recommend using them enough.
