I had the best experience. I never had to wait long for Street Smart to respond. They answered all my questions and never hesitated when I called. I loved working with them!

Fair pricing and even will do price matching. Product arrived quickly and in great condition. All items needed for the install were provided that they had listed. Install was easy and transmission with torque converter have been running smoothly.

I ordered a tranny for a F450 in Feb 2026. Delivery good, install good. Warranty issue needed only after a few months and a few thousand miles.
There was much scrutiny by Street Smart for info, photos, error codes and who knows what else required by Street Smart from my repair shop before authorizing repair.
Not included in the warranty info, they send USED AND DAMAGED parts to my repair shop for the fix is what my repair shop informed me. Initially a bad temp sensor was the problem, they sent a USED sensor and not a new one, it did not fix the problem. Now maybe it's the wire harness, a USED wire harness sent does not easily install into the trans body. Street Smart did not even send a trans pan gasket. I'm not impressed with the warranty promise. We'll see... stay tuned.

I was having trans problems with my 2006 Mustang GT, thought it was the torque converter. After talking with several trans shops, the least expensive way to go was to get a remanufactured trans so I started shopping. Street Smart had the best price by far (lower than the installer could get it for) and an easy core return process. That was 4 months ago, and it's only been driven 30 miles since then, so I'm looking forward to getting it on the road again.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Street Smart Transmission. Their customer service was very responsive, customer support was excellent and very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. My husband and I both used their services. They also provide a couple years warranty on their transmissions as well as a guarantee, which is a plus.

They got it to Utah in a day and a half! My car was going to be down 3 weeks before I could get my car back with a different company. With Street Smart it was only two! Their customer service is top notch and they have a great warranty policy!

ORDERED AN 8L90TRANSMISSION ON JULY 18TH,2026 WAS PROMISED DELIVERY ON JULY 30, 2026 TO MY INSTALLER. WASMLEAD TO BELIVE YOU WAS SHIPPING ONE THAT WASM IN STOCK. IT IS NOW AUGUST 16, 2026 AND I STILL DON'T HAVE A TRANSMISSION. CONSIDERING TO CANCEL AND GO ELSE WHERE.

Easy of ordering and fast free shipping. Free pickup of core transmission. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and professional. Transmission was installed bey a local shop and is working just like a new one. Original transmission lasted 287199 miles and I believe this one will do the same. They also have a great warranty on the transmission. Would definitely recommend this company if you need one!!!
