Super company to deal with and very speedy reply when you email them for help. Would strongly recommend and advise you to deal with them.

This is how I remember customer service. These guys are the creme de la creme. Nothing's too much trouble.if I had a pot, I'd invest!

We are streaming radio since the early days and moved over to streamaudio.co a in 2025. Very competitive pricing and absolute great service. On top a support ticket gets answered very efficiently and fast. We have 4 stations running there now, tickets raised were due to things we messed up on our side. I still need to see the first problem with a root cause on streamaudio side... Happy customer

Have been with Streamaudio.co for a few weeks now and finally in a place to launch my station. I have contacted support twice and both times response has been quick, supportive and knowledgeable even on a low priority ticket.

I have used other hosts and they have not been as friendly, quick or reliable as streamaudio.co!

Alex James introduced me to StreamAudio and without his help I would never of succeeded.
He’s been the best support ever and hope when I am totally set up I can leave him in peace.
But everything with StreamAudio seems excellent and easy to use.
Most of my issues were not with StreamAudio it was with other programs that I use alongside, but again Alex was there to help.

The service itself is actually pretty good. I’m still programming music so this is an early review however Ive had a great experience with customer service thus far.

There are not enough stars in the universe to give this company. Out of madness I started my own radio station, Tech Radio.

I was with a different provider but their support was severely lacking and I posted on a FaceBook Group for help to try and resolve the issues I was having with the software platform and its settings.

Only one person responded and he worked for this company, Stream Audio. Even with no financial commitment from me he spent hours and hours, days and days in helping me. He set up a dummy account and we replicated the settings from the other company and they he went to work to eradicate the issues. The software is not his and even now a month later he is still tweaking those settings. I have now moved to him because why would I stay with the other company.

If you are thinking of using a platform provider to run your internet radio station then using Stream Audio is a no brainer.

I have launched now but certainly would not have done without his hep

Best ever meet, till now! Ultrafast emergency recovery service, and very collaborative customer service. Great, Streams Quality, very reliable, not that fast on start, but it never disconnects or jump, No glitches , no drops. They're Great.
