First, we want to thank you for your purchase of the three 53’ containers. We’re glad that our team was able to provide you with quick responses, transparent pricing, and solid support at the beginning of the process. We always strive to make sure our customers feel informed and confident in their purchase decisions, so it's rewarding to know that part of your experience went well.

However, we deeply regret the delivery delays and scheduling breakdowns that followed. We fully acknowledge that missing three separate delivery windows is unacceptable and falls short of the standard we aim to uphold. In this case, our coordination with third-party freight partners did not meet expectations, and unfortunately, that directly impacted your experience. We understand how frustrating it is to plan around scheduled deliveries only to be let down repeatedly. That is not the kind of stress any customer should have to deal with after placing an order with us.

We’re grateful that you ultimately received the correct containers and that they met your expectations in terms of condition and quality. We also appreciate you noting that once the delivery failures became clear, we promptly issued a full refund for the shipping costs. We want to be accountable when things go wrong and make it right wherever we can.

Looking ahead, we completely respect and understand your decision to handle freight independently for any future orders. If you do choose to give us another opportunity, please know we will gladly coordinate on-site logistics and help schedule load-outs in a way that works best for your carrier. We’re also actively working to improve our internal shipping coordination processes, and this feedback has already been shared with our operations team to help prevent similar issues moving forward.
