Removing an incompatible item from an order.
I had ordered a Luggage Tracker only to realize after reading the description again that this Luggage Tracker wasn't compatible with an Android phone. I straight away sent an email to Customer Care and within the hour had someone onto it and they managed to remove the item with a refund from my remaining order. Couldn't be happier with the BEST and most EFFICIENT customer care I received and I would absolutely with no hesitation purchase from Simplify Living again and I would highly recommend them for any travel needs.

Initially I was annoyed because my delivery was delayed and stuck in the same position for around 5 days so I emailed the company and asked them to assist me and find out what was wrong. They responded that day and promised to look into the matter which they did and the next day the parcel was once again on its way to me

I used the anti-theft crossbody bag on our recent trip to Italy and Spain. The strap was very comfortable against my neck, even in extreme heat. The bag fit close to my body which made me feel secure in all areas where pickpockets were present. The location and size of the pockets was adequate. I especially liked the pocket for my phone. The material was easy to keep clean. Recently I ordered two more in other colors—one for myself and the other as a gift. I highly recommend this bag.
