I bought an expensive foaming soap dispenser in 2022, hoping it would be the last one I would ever need, and it stopped working last year. It worked ok for about 3 years, and then it stopped charging or dispensing soap. These things are expensive. It cost me £56, and that was with a discount. When you are paying this much for a soap dispenser, you are paying a lot because you think you're getting a quality product that will last, where you will receive customer support if it stops working. Not the case. All support ends after the 2 year warranty. They don't care, and they don't want to help. For this reason, I can't see any point in shopping with them again. I'm really disappointed.

The spout on the small drainer has failed three times. It literally fell off rendering the thing useless as the water drains over the worktop. Spout number 1 was replaced with number 2 as ‘a gesture of good will’, it fell off thus needing spout number 3 which failed after 3 weeks. It cost €20. Apparently their parts carry no warranty! No refund of €20 has been offered. The drainer is no longer made, a new model is on offer.I’ll bet the badly designed spout has changed. They wish to see proof of purchase as the problem could be in the drainer itself……yeah right. I have no receipt ,and even if I did it’s out of warranty. So a useless drainer, a company not owning up to a badly designed product and no satisfaction for the customer.

Seul regret le prix mais côté qualité c est le top
