EveryBODY turned me down!! They offered me a loan at the time when i NEEDED IT THE MOST with no playing games. Very very fast service , and keeping you informed at all stages ....everything was sooooooo simple! They check your affordablity and income and thats what counts, not algo or a machine deciding your loan fate through credit rating..... you saved me and i can't thank you enough!!!!

Very unhappy with the service and lack…
Very unhappy with the service and lack of clarity in response.
Received a message to apply for top up never missed loan repayment
Got 2 emails with different/conflicting information to why it was not successful one was couldn't verify disposable income and also verify spending.
I then attached my joint account which shows all the bills shows a disposable income so it just makes no sense
Me and my partner earn over £5k per month and my situation is so much better than what it was in December of last year when I first applied just makes no sense
Plus lack of response when pointing this out and providing the further information just don't see the point in receiving messages to apply for top up
