Great service team that helped me get thins running quickly.

I came across Software Mart whilst looking for an older version of MS Visio that I could download and install at a reasonable price. Software Mart had the program I was looking for. I ordered and paid by credit card. Two emails immediately appeared in my inbox - one a receipt for the order and a second with download instructions and a valid key. The installation went well and the software is working as expected.

I had a technical problem activating the software licence acquired through Software Mart Australia, however, the chat facility on their website was excellent and the matter was resolved quickly and efficiently.

I made a payment to the business for [goods/services], but the agreed transaction was not completed as expected. I subsequently requested that my money be returned, but despite several requests, I have not received my refund.

Because of this experience, I am concerned that this may be a suspected scam or fraudulent transaction. I have retained the payment records, invoices, messages, emails, and other evidence and am taking the appropriate steps to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Bought MS office says life time . But now stop working. No response at all. Looks like it’s a scammer running business from overseas. Be aware of buying products from the business like this.

Was desperately seeking help to retain Publisher application after Microsoft advised they will discontinue this app in October 2026. Much of what I read was misleading and indicated that a standalone Publisher app would still work. Long story short, I found Software Mart AUS, inquired if Publisher would work with my Office 365, they told me without doubt it will work, sent me instructions to uninstall OFFICE, install Publisher, then reinstall OFFICE. I did just that. It didn't work. I contacted Software Mart and they again told me it will work, just follow the instructions......told them again it wasn't working, and no response. I emailed them. No response. I contacted Microsoft and spent a couple of days with their tech support and they finally told me, after investigating on their side, that a standalone Publisher will NEVER ever work with Office 365. Ever. Period. It is specifically designed NOT to. So, I contacted Software mart for my money back. No response. I emailed again......and finally got refunded. Mixed feelings cuz they sold me a lie and then I had to beg, multiple times....but finally did get refunded. Can't say I'd trust them to buy anything again.

The support staff was very helpful. He offered me the opportunity to install a program through remote access to my computer. I am indeed very grateful to the consultant.

Once payment was made download link was emailed within 5 minutes.
Highly recommend this company, great customer service and product.

I have now made a further purchase for my laptop. Same product, received email with download link and fully installed on my laptop in about 15 minutes. Once again I highly recommend this company.
