Responding to your response: 1) I called to cancel immediately. This is when I was sent to retention because you said you had a new platform amd you wanted to showit to me. Stating there was no timely cancelation request is simply untrue. I even have an email from your team stating it was accepted and sent to billing, before I got a reversal email stating the refund is denied. 2) you state I still had access to my account; again this is untrue. I have a screenshot showing my account does not exist and 3 separate emails from your team stating my account was deleted. I replied that it was my prerogative to access or not my account, and you had no right to delete my account while you had retained my renewal fee (paid through Nov 2026).All of this is in emails - happy to share again with you if you need a refresher. 3) I have requested a mailing address for your company and/or your legal counsel's contact info to resolve this matter, and I am still waiting. *** They automatically renewed my account (after several months of not providing service - but that is another story). I requested a cancelation and a refund. They asked me to jump on a call to see their new platform. I agreed and after the call, sent an email saying I do not like the new platform and wish to pursue the cancelation. They declined canceling the renewal and refunding me. Well, they also canceled my access (per my request apparently... my request was to cancel my account so it would not auto-renew again. They took it as I wanted to cancel access to the service altogether! The one that was just renewed... So I am out the dollars AND the service.

Apple was excellent at guiding me through the platform and how to best use it for my SM presence. I feel equipped and ready to leverage all the benefits this platform offers!

Apple was amazing and very patient. What this platform does saves me so much time and stress.
How many nights or days end do you realize things on your list that you "Should have gotten to". How many times is it social posting? I swear it was taking years off of my life. Lol.

Wow! A major hurdle on our business was creating good looking content on a regular basis. SocialRealtr does both. Highly recommend them. Im a coach in the Real Estate space. I see agents messed this up all the time. I’m super happy with them.

I had a great onboarding experience today. The representative (Apple) was extremely helpful, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The app itself is very user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate even for first-time users. Overall, a really positive experience.

Apple was great to help me with my onboarding. She answered all of my questions and made it very simple for me to get started. I'm excited to work with this company as they can do things that I can't do! Well I haven't learned yet... But this way I can get started now!! 😁

I just finished my onboarding call with Apple and I'm so pleased! I typically hate these types of calls, even though I know they are necessary, but this couldn't have been more pleasant! We just kept chatting afterwards like old friends! She was friendly, efficient with the information, knowledgeable, and articulate.
