smokers connect took my $200 payment , immediately stopped communications via WhatsApp and all emails were returned undelivered . No cigarettes have been received a month after ordering . They are ignoring all enquiries despite sending a generated apology email , which you cant reply to . They are now operating under a 'cover website ' pretending to sell candles ! It's a scam site , avoid . I suggest Cornerstore.

Still waiting for a refund or my order...sends specials via email (apparently they dont have an email, strange that??) new website, new contact details etc but yet cant refund monies, ignore any type of communication..going by a few customers that have done a review they have faced similar situations..
Strangely enough they treat you good at the beginning then after a few orders they keep your monies and product never to be heard from them again, avoids any attempt to reply to any type of communication which is weird as they send updates on how you can contact them.

These guys have ripped off thousands from loyal customers, so now the build up trust with new customers...NEW CUSTOMERS BEWARE AS IT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU EVEN AFTER BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER..

So please be careful as they tend to do this to people on a regular basis after buying goods off them a few times, after that they stop and bye bye hard earned monies ..

I have ordered through these guys before without an issue but ordered again on 14th august and havent recieved order or any responses from any of my emails or messages through website or whats app

Ordered and payed at the start of August. Response via email within minutes of sending proof of payment stating 'thanks for the order'. Followed up for a status update twice with no response, website is also down. Item has not been posted as of today. SCAM. Just fulfill your orders, its not hard!
