Bought a Kazakhstan static ISP IP, got a US one, and support ignores me

I bought a Static ISP proxy from Novada with Kazakhstan as the location. The IP I received is not in Kazakhstan.

What I checked:

- Novada's own checker (ipinfo.novada.pro), requested through the proxy, returns country US, Los Angeles, AS174 Cogent.
- Requesting youtube.com through the proxy returns GL US, so Google treats it as a US address.
- ipinfo.io shows US, New York, AS2914 NTT America.
- A few smaller geo databases say Kazakhstan, but the range belongs to NTT America and is registered to a US company.

I switched the country to Kazakhstan in the dashboard as an attempt to fix it. Nothing changed. The IP stayed the same, and Novada's own checker and Google still show the US two days later.

I wrote to support by email, Telegram and WhatsApp. I have not received a single reply on any channel, not even an automatic acknowledgement.

If you need a location that is accurate on Google, check the IP with Google before paying and do not rely on the country shown in the dashboard. I would not buy from Novada again.

We’re very sorry for the frustration this situation has caused.

Our Static ISP proxy locations are based on the data shown by ipinfo.io. Different platforms use different geolocation databases and update them at different times, so we cannot guarantee that every third-party website will display the same location. However, we understand that in your case, ipinfo.io also displayed an incorrect location. This can occasionally happen when its database has not yet been updated, and we are currently contacting ipinfo.io to have the location information reviewed and corrected.

Our support team responds every day to inquiries submitted through our official website. If you still haven’t received assistance, please contact your account manager using the contact details in your dashboard, or email support@novada.com with your registered email address and order number. We will prioritize your case, verify the IP allocation, and assist you with an IP replacement or another appropriate resolution according to our policy.

Mobile proxies are horrible

Mobile proxies are horrible. They do not roll over, they force you to pay for more data even though ive only used half. Mobile are always failing simple tasks. Not clean at all. I can't recommend their service. Terrible policies and terrible proxies.

On rollover and unused data:​ our mobile proxies do support rollover, but it's an opt-in feature that needs to be enabled manually in your account settings. Because it isn't active by default, data left over at the end of a cycle may look like it's been forfeited — it hasn't. If your plan expired with unused traffic remaining, please contact our customer service team and we'll restore or extend the remaining balance for you.

On billing:​ we want to reassure you that we never deduct funds from a customer's account without a valid reason. Charges are only applied in accordance with your active plan. If you believe you've been billed incorrectly, we'll gladly review the transaction with you.

On stability and IP quality:​ that's not the experience we want you to have, and we'd like to investigate it properly. Our support team can review the specific endpoints you're using and arrange replacements or configuration adjustments where needed.

Please reach out to our customer service team with your account details so we can look into your case, recover any unused data, and help get your setup running reliably. We appreciate your feedback — it genuinely helps us improve.

Yeah

Yeah, pretty good. I’m using their residential proxies and the quality has been great. A girl named Blanche was really helpful when I needed it. It’s definitely not the cheapest option, but after trying cheaper providers, this one has been much more stable and reliable.
