I was reluctant to make this purchase as I was not sure if it would work and if, as a 74-year-old woman, I would be able to figure out how to uninstall the old Microsoft version and install this new one. I could not get my copy to load. David talked me through it, gave me an upgrade to Microsoft Office Professional 2024, and gave me the instructions to get it loaded (and it did).
