**1 star — Too many red flags for me**
My experience with Mile High Compounds was extremely disappointing, and after looking into other customer experiences, I found several of the same concerns being reported by others.
I had problems with the product itself, including concerns about the condition/quality of the vials and whether the product matched the documentation provided. The biggest issue for me was the lack of confidence I had in the batch/COA traceability. When you are paying for products where purity and identity are supposed to be important, this is not something I’m willing to overlook.
I also found complaints from other customers reporting products that did not produce the expected results, problems with dissolution or residue, damaged/degraded-looking vials, and discrepancies between batch numbers and COAs. These are customer allegations, but seeing similar issues made my own experience much more concerning.
There are also refund/customer-service complaints, including customers saying they had difficulty getting refunds or had to repeatedly follow up. I experienced the same general frustration with communication and resolution.
The biggest concern, however, is that the FDA issued Mile High Compounds LLC a warning letter dated March 31, 2026. The FDA stated that it reviewed milehighcompounds.is and concluded that certain products being offered were unapproved new drugs and that the company's website/community content indicated intended human use despite “research only” labeling. That is an official regulatory record, not just an online rumor.
I also noticed a Trustpilot review alleging that positive reviews were encouraged with free peptides. I cannot independently verify that allegation, so I’m not calling the reviews fake, but combined with everything else, it added to my concerns. Trustpilot currently shows a very high overall rating, so my experience clearly does not match the dominant positive sentiment.
After my own experience and seeing these recurring complaints and the FDA action, I would personally be very cautious before ordering. I would not rely on the Trustpilot rating alone. I would verify the exact batch, testing documentation, refund terms, and regulatory status before sending them money.
