delivered on time and tastes amazing as always

Great presentation and prompt delivery. Truffles were good as always.

Sadly, the courier decided to leave the parcel on a hedge off the pathway of the house it was being delivered to. It was a couple of days before it was found. This was after Bojangles had delayed delivery during a week of heatwave temperatures, which was very thoughtful and I was given due notice - but then the courier ruins it all by leaving the box on a hedge - not outside the door under the porch? The usual place??? The courier should notify the homeowner of what they did. The chocolates could have been ruined - stolen - rained on etc. BUT once opened, the truffles inside were still in perfect condition and were reported as absolutely delicious! Bojangles go the extra mile with customer service.

Speedy delivery and well packaged. Arrived in tip top condition considering very warm weather. Love the little boxes. Chocolate truffles were exquisite. A real indulgence that I'm ashamed to say I didn't share 😁

Excellent customer service- our order was held up by the courier in the hot weather, arrived warm and late.
Laura at Monty Bojangles, replaced the order, FOC, this package arrived next day and with a gift of extra chocolates too.
Really tasty chocolates, and just sweet enough to satisfy a chocolate craving.

I had a bad experience with the delivery of my original order. I contacted customer service and they couldn't have been more helpful. A replacement order was dispatched and delivered with an addition of a bag of truffles by way of an apology.

These are always beautifully presented and the multi packs make great presents for special occasions. Recently I sent one of the 9 box sets to the USA.

The chocolates are absolutely amazing, however 2 days after I ordered I was informed that the chocolates wouldn't be shipped until the following week, which would have missed my friend's birthday.
I emailed customer service on Friday who told me they would ship my chocolates out on the Monday.
However they were not shipped until the following Monday.

I understand that it is hot weather and there was a risk of the chocolates melting, but I had been told one thing and it didn't happen.

But the chocolates are wonderful as always and my friend is very happy.

I wish to thank and recommend Monty Bojangles customer service, I contacted them about my tale of the melted truffles, (the tale is below this), I contacted Laura yesterday and a box arrived at about 10.30am today, I have tried the top box and they are really great, I look forward to the other 2 boxes if I manage to stop eating them, they are really moresome. I have informed my daughter so she can contact them direct.

My daughter who lives in the USA, via amazon UK paid for a box of their truffles as a gift for me, they arrived melted/liquid from amazon, I tried telling them that delivering in a hot van all day wasn't a good idea, but they declined my review.
Thank you once again Monty Bojangles for an excellent product and customer service you deserve the 5 stars.

Beautiful quality chocolate with an exciting array of flavours. This is definitely chocolate for adults.

I ordered a tower of 3 boxes of the vegan range, when they arrived they were all melted into one big lump in each box!

After reading my review Monty Bojangles got in touch and have sent me new unmelted chocolates…thank you, I really appreciate your gesture, I’ll definately continue buying your chocolates!

Receiving chocolate truffles is an exciting surprise so when the courier handed them over I was eager to explore. Inside the silver foil wrapping I sensed that it was a soft gooey chocolate so it was obviously melted chocolate in the hot weather. Straight in the fridge for a day and then let's open it. It's just a hard cold lump of chocolate stuff. They tasted very nice though they all seemed just similar lumps of chocolate to me.
Below you see a response to my report. I don't need more chocolate. I want to hear that the firm has realised they can't do conventional mail order with cheapo couriers in hot weather so are changing their methods for future customers.

The truffles were actually ok. Berry bubbly was my least favourite, flutter scotch was really nice... only problem was there are 12 berry bubbly in a box and only one each of the other two. Not much of a variety, shame.

It was my friends Birthday and I knew she adored these truffles / choccie treats ! So I ordered what I thought she would like and stupidly input the wrong delivery address! I thought oh no - I’d be unable go amend as I’d probably have to liaise through a call centre , on line or AI robot - but no , I reached Laura Bilk on the telephone and she immediately resolved the issue with kindness warmth and professionalism. She even acknowledged everything through email to set my mind at ease - what fantastic customer service ! Thanks team for an amazing product, A1 service and for fantastic customer service LAURA -

Ordered a three box what i thought was a gift box, arrived in that packaging squashed. Disappointing.
