Got updates from ordering to delivery, so I knew the delivery was progressing. The pans were delivered in excellent condition as expected. First thing I tried was a fried egg, no sticking and it slid straight out of the pan. Next day I went for a couple of thick cut steaks, the need for a lower heat setting meant no smoking or subsequent fanning of smoke alarms. The results were delicious, and the pan cleaned up beautifully in warm soapy water. After decades of searching for the perfect pan, looks like I may have found it. Have a quick read of the leaflet, follow the suggestions, I am sure you will be as satisfied as I am.

It did take a while to be delivered but is doing what the company promised. I love my frying pan, its s please to use.

Goods not arrived. As required by U.K. law, their website does not display its contact telephone number, VAT number or Companies House registration number. There is no such company registered with Companies House. It also does not appear to have a presence at the office building at the address listed on their website. There is no such person as James Harrington, a Michelin starred chef or restaurant called The Copper Elm in London as quoted in their advertising. Don’t buy from this company.

Apart from a slight delay in delivery, my Longwell experience has been super. Very professional with regular follow up emails to keep me updated. My saucepan and lid are very impressive and I believe in their longevity!

I have been looking for a pan like this for some time and general stores do not stock them.

There are very mixed reviews. From my own experience I’m in the scam group. Ordered paid; emails received & despatch notice received. Tracking stalled. It’s not moved for 7 days. Today received a long rambling email. Excuse mail problems in your area. Bullshit - according to courier postage paid but no parcel received by them. This is not a locker drop, but counter drop. So I know item has NOT been despatched. Interesting I hate Shop, but they are registered with them. Even they have no info so have triggered them. I’m recovering my payment direct from my cc company.
Not confident that 5* reviews are legitimate. Reporting to Trustpilot to investigate.

Very long delivery, if this pan is titanium, why does a magnet stick to it?
I can only assume it’s an iron base pan with a titanium coating.

Looks like the face book adverts have been wiped bar one and none posted in last few weeks. I have been quoted £50 delivery charge to send back or 10% reduction, later upped to 15% to keep. So also passed to trading standards as there are too many anomalies in their advertising as pointed out by so many folk. They seem to have stopped replying to my e mails as well so maybe TS have been on the case. tracking shows originated in Ningbo, China

It took weeks for my pots to arrive then they were delivered over 2 days. Not in boxes like it shows you but wrapped in bubble wrap in plastic bags. Was disappointed with that for a start. Then the free gifts. It shows you a full set of chopping boards but you only get one very deceiving and the same with the mixing bowls you only get one. Dont like being deceived makes you wonder about the person or people doing the deceiving WHY? Why not just show one chopping board as a free gift and one mixing bowl as a free gift. I think I already know the answer to that. Deceived. The pans have been ok no better than the ones I already have tho.

Pan took weeks and weeks to arrive. Doesn’t work at all despite following instructions. If you complain they offer you £6! When you spent over £60. I’m throwing it in the bin

Scam avoid!
I purchased the hammered titanium pan 2 weeks ago. I received no order number. After one week an unusual email stating it may be delayed due to postal problems in my area. There are no postal problems in my area! No way of contacting this company well dodgy, avoid. I fear I have lost £68.

The pan does everything claimed for it.I love it there’s no nasty chemicals to be concerned about.Trying to get my son and daughter to buy one each,
