The aluminum machined part I received from JLC CNC exceeded my expectations. The surface finish was clean and consistent, no visible tool chatter. All critical dimensions measured within tolerance. The threads were smooth and properly cut, requiring no post-processing. Packaging was secure, and the part arrived without any damage or scratches. Overall, the quality, precision, and turnaround time make JLC CNC a solid choice for custom machined components.

Been ordering sheet metal parts for a while now. Great results every time, smooth communication, despite time zone differences.

From experience, once when laser marking came out sliiightly offset, they notified me and offered to remake the part. I decided to accept it as-is and after it arrived, I don't think I would have noticed the offset if they didn't point it out! Commendable attention to detail.

Laser cut stainless steel sheet metal. Most of the sharp edge is successfully removed. The overall dimensional precision is good.

I recently used JLCPCB/JLCCNC for a custom CNC project, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The precision of the machining is top-tier, and the final part is exactly to spec. Perfect quality and perfect dimensional accuracy of SLS printed parts in Nylon. The service is always extremely good, people helpful, and prices are unbeatable. Quality is always great. One day I had a minor defect with an expensive complex CNC part, and they remanufactured the part in express.

After multiple emails of trying to explain my issues, they agreed on making the parts again in hard anodized black. Will update once the parts are in my hands.

I've had 4 parts made in my order, all different sizes of the same model.

Once I received the parts, I noticed a lot of defects on the anodized surface and even irregularities on the machining and buffer marks.

I also had to pay duties, which is ok but will come to that later.

After contacting them they initially suggested a 10$ coupon for another order.

I said it was not acceptable.

Then they suggested to remake the parts at their expense, but that means I will have to spend another 65$ in duties.

Since the finish is so bad I suggested today make it hard anodized black instead but they strongly do not want to do this.

It would have been good for me to pay the extra 65$ but get better finished parts.

Not a great experience and I will find another shop to source cnc parts.
