This warranty has been a godsend!! My 2018 Toyota RAV4 alternator died at 93000 miles. Shop quoted around $600-$900. Shop diagnosed it, I uploaded the papers and pics, they approved in about 7 days and covered the alternator replacement minus deductible. Rep was really helpful on the phone. No drama at all.

Saved us thousands. Our dishwasher control board failed and they handled it fast. Submitted online, tech diagnosed next day, approval for control board came in 10 days. Covered after deductible. Process was pretty straightforward. Straight 5 stars!!

1st time my A/C unit broke down it took them over 5 days to get a repairman over to fix it. The repairman told me that 3 things on unit needed to be fixed but they only approved repairing 1 of the 3 things needed to be fixed. A month and half later here I am with the A/C not working during a heatwave and I can't even file a claim because no one is picking up the phone. Chances we're going to have to wait even longer then last time and for what?? I can't even send them an email. There is no excuse in 2026 for me to not at least file a claim via email or on their website itself. There's no reason why companies like this should charge anyone more than 50 a month for services like this. Seriously anytime there's an emergency I know the admins are going to hard to reach, take forever to get things moving, just as long to actually have someone sent, and they won't even have the issue properly addressed. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. I only got this insurance because my lender and realtor recommended them to me but I wish I did more research. This whole situation could've been avoided if they cared about their customers but I don't feel cared about. I feel like I'm going to get the bare minimum and in an emergency there's a chance it's going to cost me outta pocket like me having to get a hotel room for my family since this heatwave is way too much. Integrity admin group is just a name they choose for themselves but to me their just casual admin group because they'll casually handle your emergencies when it's convenient for them not you.

This auto warranty from Integrity Admin Group is awesome!! My 2017 Ford F-150 transmission started slipping bad at 105k miles—shop quoted $4500+. I called them freaking out, uploaded all the papers and pics, they approved a full rebuild in under a week and paid direct to the shop minus my deductible. Adjuster followed up twice to make sure everything was good. No runaround at all. Been with them 3 years and this claim paid for the whole thing plus more. If your driving a higher-mileage truck or suv, grab this—5 stars hands down!!

These people are a scam !!! I asked for a refund and they never sent it . They just took my money.

I had an issue with a busted home appliance and found that filing a claim was pretty easy and straightforward. They responded quickly and explained what was covered and arranged a service. It’s nice to know what to expect, making the whole process clear and easy to follow. I highly recommend it.

I have a six month old Kia with 2,500 miles on it and they keep blowing me up with "your vehicle is no longer under warranty" and they are authorized by Kia to reinstate my warranty which are all blatant lies! Not to mention I am on the DNC list and have asked before to get remove and they still keep calling. I am going to the FTC website next and filing a formal complaint there as well.

I am honestly wary and cautious of getting a home service plan because I have encountered many that just over promise but don't really deliver when needed, and I just end up being frustrated. this tume however I was pleasantly impressed when I had trouble with my furnace in the middle of winter. The scheduled smeone to come over and checked out the issuewith their 24 hours emergency service coverage. The technician was helpful and professional and even explained what was covered in the policy and any charge before doing any work. I was pleasantly surprised with their detailed information. No fuss, no surprises and everything was upfront. I am very happy.

My water heater had leaked and filing a claim for a fix was way simpler than I thought. A guy came over and fixed a leak and I didn’t have to worry as they covered the cost of the repairs. No huge wait or surprise charges

I called in about an issue with my car and the rep who picked up was super friendly. She scheduled service quickly, told me what would happen next, and the wait time wasn’t bad at all. They emailed me the estimate and followed up throughout the repair, then checked in once everything was done to make sure the car was actually fixed

This company is simply a group of liars trying to defraud people into giving them money. They send an official looking letter to your home, adding your bank's name to it in the hopes of fooling you more and hope that you are too senile. too stupid, too weak of mind for whatever reason, too confused by the words in their letter or simply too trusting to realize what crroks they are to do anything but give them money. They should be proceuted by the gevernment and put out of business. It is evil. It is bad for the pople doing this as well. They need to realize they can live without deceiving and harming others to earn a living. Ignore their letters unless you want to support crime. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! These people are fraudsters!!!!

very unhelpful fast to take your money but do everything possible to avoid paying out

There are several red flags with this company:
- The letter they sent does not include any information about the company or the services they provide.
- The letter makes you perceive as if there is something wrong with the lender you have your mortgage with.
- When you call, they do not give you any information upfront, only ask for the case number. Immediately jump into the 'discounts', but they need a manager to 'authorize them' so, they get someone else on the phone.
- The 'sales manager' is very persistent. They didn't listen to any reasoning about me wanting to do my due diligence and research. They wanted my credit card number.
- I asked for the information via email and they refused to send me anything, unless I gave them the card number.
- The pressure with statements like 'you can only do this right now, the offer is not going to be there if you call us back'.

I sure do not want to do business with a company like this, especially if I have done no research on them.

I wish I could give ZERO stars but its not an option. They are totally fraudulent, stay away. They sell you insurance then then do not pay, its a joke!

Customer service is absolutely terrible. The staff is rude and misleading. They have zero interest in actually taking care of their customers, they just want you to blindly agree to paying them money. I am so thankful I cancelled within their window. Do your research, very unprofessional.

as others have said, this company is a scam. it is designed to take your money and then give you the absolute runaround to ever get anything repaired reliably And management team are joke and only want your money

I paid for their "Premium" plan under the expectation that when something goes wrong, I’d be covered — or at the very least, receive competent service.

Instead, I was met with miscommunication, delays, and misinformation, ultimately resulting in zero coverage and an infuriating waste of time and energy.

Extremely deceptive marketing materials. Sent several letters with big bold "FINAL NOTICE" and the name of my mortgage lender. No sender info, no mention of integrity admin anywhere on the letter. Trying to get me to freak out and call their sales rep. Once i got on the phone they immediately asked for sensitive personal identification info. Bad business practices all around.

a nationally disgraced scam.... just look them up.... they spam "final" notices, do not identify themselves, send "checks" that are not checks, change their phone number when the heat gets too strong, and anything else their bottom feed, time waste, predatory scam brains can think of.... which is not much, the entire thing smells from a million miles away.... shame on anyone who has a anything to do with this truly loser group of fools
