The real time market data is spot on, but the internal news feed can lag behind major headlines by a few minutes. I still rely on external news feeds for breaking macro events but for order execution, Havenley is rock solid.

The high yield savings products offer great APY but make sure you read the fine print before committing. Most have a strict lock up period (like 6 months). If you withdraw early you will forfeit accrued interest. As long as you plan around that its a good wealth building product.

Overall a very good experience. My only minor gripe is that live chat queues can take 10 15 minutes during the US market open. Once you get through to someone, they’re very helpful, but be prepared for a brief wait during high volume trading hours.
