Am liebsten würde ich 0 STERNE VERGEBEN. Habe mir vor ungefähr zwei Wochen FC27 gekauft, jedoch stimmte was mit der Anmeldung nicht, da die zweistufige Authentifizierung nicht geklappt hat. Also habe ich den Kundensupport kontaktiert. Am Ende stellte sich heraus, dass ich ihnen den Code dafür geben soll (wie wenn ich keinen Zugriff auf das Konto hätte?!). Auf jeden Fall sind nun 90 Euro für die Pfanne (damit ist gemeint: weg!!!). Ich würde jedem empfehlen, wenn dann nur kleine Beträge zu bezahlen und nichts über 15 Euro zu kaufen, weil sonst das Geld für immer weg ist!!!
Man kann bei diesem Unternehmen oder auch Verkäufern leider nur maximal 15 euro als budget benutzen, alles andere wäre mir, zu riskant.

Support ist ganz Gut aber man muss aufpassen
Ich hab mir Ea fc 27 ultimate edition auf Kinguin gekauft bekam aber nur die Standart variante. Als ich das bemerkte bin ich sofort auf ein Problem melden gegangen. Nachdem ich den Kundensupport eingeschaltet habe bekam ich nach mehrfachen schreiben mein Geld zurück.
Die Seite ist an sich nicht schlecht man muss nur aufpassen das man direkt screenshot und screenrecordings macht damit falls was faul ist der Support einem Helfen kann.
