I purchased 4 pairs of shoes which took several weeks to arrive. First disappointment. Then one of the 3 didn’t fit. Contacted customer services. Basically they try and sell you more shoes and returns are not free. End up donating pair that doesn’t fit.
Final issue, one pair worn less than a dozen times have literally fallen apart. Wondered why my toes had a breeze to discover the top and bottom sections had just come apart! There was nothing I could have done to salvage them sadly.
I won’t be buying from here again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else does based on my experience.

This is a chinese company sending cheap nasty clothes. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from here - they also accept returns- guess what- return them to CHINA!

Sizes rubbish and not correct, when I wanted to return was given an address on China that would have cost almost as much to send back as I paid. It’s all a scam and they should shame.

Bought a dress that looked very bohemian and floaty online. It arrived. Very cheap fabric like a stretchy tshirt with blurred print on it. Cheap tat, not quality fabric, make or print. Not match the picture at all.Did not wear it and donated it to charity. Beware the glossy image/ picture. Not pleased to be conned like this.

I don't even want to give it 1 star as the service is so poor. I asked to exchange and the company refused. I asked to return and they said no. I said I would escalate and they offered me to send it back but to China. If you are a London based company why can't I send it back to the address on the package. It’s a scam company trying to rip people off. DO NOT buy anything from them.

My shoes arrived weeks late from China not London. No box just in a bag. They look nothing like the picture and are the cheapest looking things I’ve ever seen. I contacted customer service for a refund due to poor quality and was told because they look similar to the picture I can’t get a refund!! Please don’t waste your money shopping here. I wish I hadn’t.

Wish I had seen these reviews. My shoes arrived yesterday, 2 weeks after the dispatch email were sent in bubble wrap. They look cheap and are not a UK 9.. more like a 7/8. I feel so silly as should have spotted the warning signs as an ex lawyer .. the website screams of a scam- no registered UK address, no phone no etc and the email signed off is under a different company name. The photo of the company founders is also clearly AI. Has anyone tried to report this company/ get it shut down?!

SCAM - they are a Chinese company and the shoes are nothing like on their website, they are definitely not leather, just very cheap plastic shoes and the black strap on top of one of the shoe is not even straight. DO NOT BUY from this website

APPALLING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- I was conned into thinking they were based in London but they are in China ! I ordered 5 pairs of size 7 shoes they were so small my friend with size 4 feet couldn’t wear them .
I tried to get a refund but they send you generic replies , so frustrating!!
Do not spend money with this company you cannot get refunds and the shoes are not English sizes and cheap plastic !

Poor quality shoes, arrived damaged and won’t honour a refund and expect me to return at my own expense, this is after originally offering a refund and lying about it having been processed. Terrible customer service

I admit I wasn’t thinking straight when I ordered these. I’m menopausal so let’s blame that. The shoes arrived beautifully wrapped in a plastic bag. I cut the bag open and sweet baby Jesus the smell. It was akin to chemical warfare. Once I regained consciousness I saw the shoes & wished I hadn’t regained consciousness. They are comedy shoes. A charity shop won’t take them. In fact, no one would.
So the back & forth emails began between myself & “Emily”. I was eventually offered a paltry 40% refund on the condition I KEPT THE FECKIN SHOES! Even china don’t want the bloody things back. My favourite part of the address (had I sent them back at massive cost to myself) was “no2 freight elevator, west side, upstairs”
Shoes went in the bin - hideous.

Fake scam company. Firstly not a store in London it’s a Chinese company selling cheap items for premium prices. Refuse to refund even though my shoes arrived damaged never mind the fact they look cheap. How are these places getting away with the fake advertising they are doing and trading under fake businesses. I wouldn’t mind if I hadn’t of paid a lot of money but I consider over £40 cheap. Avoid at all costs

The delivery time was terrible, took around 3 weeks for shoes to arrive, they weren’t a good fit but company refuse to accept a return or exchange.

SCAM - wrong shoe size said they would not exchange but I could send back to China at great cost - I only put a Star in so that I could write this review - has this scam been reported to the Police

SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT BUY!! Really wish I had read the reviews on here first. Took over three weeks to arrive, bubble wrapped in cheap mailing bag, no paperwork. No customer service. NOT UK BASED. Absolutely Terrible!

I was very disappointed with Kate and Peter London due to my oversight I didn’t release this was based in China. My goods took one month to be delivered and by then the event that the dress was for had passed. I could not have worn the dress as it was of poor standard. Do not buy from this company you will disappointed.

I thought I was buying from a shop advertising after 35 years in business we are sadly closing down our LONDON BRANCH!!!!!!!!
I have spent £197.24 on a pile of fake copies that are totally unwearable. My order took over 4 weeks to arrive and I was constantly being told it was delayed and in transit!!!!
My order has come from CHINA NOT LONDON and their returns policy which was not shown on the LONDON website is impossible to return .

DO NOT BUY from this online company - it’s a SCAM. The shoes are cheaply made and come from China. There are no return details. When you contact them and ask to return the item & request a refund - they hide behind their Return Policy and state that the product doesn’t meet their policy. They are UNETHICAL - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Absolutely joke of a company. Delivery took over 4 weeks and when they finally arrived they weren’t as described at all. Will not accept a return or refund me. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!
