Stay away from Fast Travel. My experience with this company was extremely negative and cost me a lot of money.

I dealt with Joseph, who first gained my trust by telling me they could provide exactly what I needed and had the expertise to do it. I was then pressured and manipulated into paying money and invoices repeatedly based on what I was being promised. After taking the money, they refused to take any responsibility.

They also use fake identities and names so they don’t get caught and their office address in Uk seems to be fake too. They also tried to gain access to my device and personal information under the excuse of completing forms.

Be extremely careful with Joseph and Fast Travel. Do not hand over your money, personal information or access to your device based simply on their promises. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

It was a great experience using fast holidays as my traveling agency, I got two entries approval and also thanks to Alex for his support and encouragement, without him I wouldn’t have gotten this visa.

I wanted to apply for Schengen visa and was already tired with the many information online. Selina was recommended by a friend and she helped my family with this application, from the application form and sending us all the documents we need during the appointment. Selina made the whole process hassle-free

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable service. We paid this company to professionally handle our Singapore and Japan visas, but they booked our Singapore appointment outside the required 30-day travel window. We travelled to the appointment only to be turned away, and they could not even find our application on the system, meaning we had to start again. We are due to fly on 27 September and are now scrambling for another appointment.

Our Japan application is also approaching three weeks with no meaningful update. Despite repeatedly calling and messaging via WhatsApp, we are now being ignored.

We paid for professional assistance but have instead been left with wasted travel, additional stress, uncertainty and virtually no communication. I have now raised a formal complaint and will be escalating this through the appropriate consumer-protection channels if it remains unresolved.

I will update this review with their response — or continued lack of one.

I also encourage customers who believe they have been affected to report their experiences to the relevant authorities in Pakistan and the UK.

Extremely unprofessional, negligent service, and zero accountability

I paid this agency to handle my Schengen visa appointment booking and paperwork verification to ensure everything was done correctly. My agent was Mark. Unfortunately, my visa was refused due to missing financial proof—a standard, mandatory requirement that was completely missing from their document checklist.
Throughout the process, I followed up repeatedly, but they continuously delayed their responses and failed to provide proper guidance. When the visa was refused, rather than taking accountability for their incomplete checklist and lack of diligence, an agent called me and claimed it was my fault for not knowing about the fund requirements because I had previously applied for visas.
The entire purpose of paying a professional visa agency is to receive accurate checklists, thorough document reviews, and timely support. Blaming a paying client for the agency’s own oversight is unacceptable.
Save your time and money—do not trust this agency with your visa applications.
