The t-shirt has a hole on it, this is not what I was expecting.

Tengo un pie grande (47 o 48 EU) por lo que hace mucho tiempo que compro calzado online. Especialmente de montaña. Y nunca hasta ahora me había encontrado con una gente que ofreciera tan buenas palabras, en la superficie, para encubrir una pésima atención postventa en la que la situación del cliente les importa... ¡NADA! Una vez ellos han cobrado la venta, te deseo mucha suerte: que llegue bien tu pedido, y que se adapte a tu necesidad. Si no es así, te esperan PROBLEMAS. Y su "filosofía" si les pides una devolución es "castigarte" como si fueras un niñ@ travies@. De manera que no te salga a cuenta la devolución y acabes perdiendo 30 o 40 € de los portes. Y estés como antes de la compra, pero sin tus 40 €. Y eso sí, tendrás como consuelo sus correos llenos de cinismo, simulando un interés en ti, que es totalmente FALSO. En mi caso se han negado a recoger el paquete en un locker que está a 2 minutos de su almacén. Repito: LO PEOR. Indescriptible! Pero eso sí: buenas palabras, que no me sorprenderá que usen también como respuesta a esta reseña. Lo suyo es la literatura, y no el comercio eficiente y atento a los clientes. De hecho usan diversos nombres (como SPACEFOOT, FOOT-STORE. TREK-EXPERT) para no facilitar un trato transparente y solvente.

Totally impressed by the quick delivery and quality of my item. I’ve never ordered anything from a company overseas but due to the lack of availability of this particular item in the states I had no choice. Understandably, the shipping costs were steep, but worth it overall. I received my item within a week.

Great experience. I am in California, and my item was shipped from France. It was delivered to FedEx in a timely manner and went through customs smoothly. It was exactly what I ordered, and I am very happy with my purchase.

I ordered a jersey for a gift. It took less than a week to arrive from France to Virginia. Packaging was a little wrinkled but that’s to be expected with international shipping.

Delivery took way longer than expected and the shoes didn’t fit quite right. Kinda disappointed, thought I’d get better quality.

Trustworthy and authentic products. Shipping was as expected since it’s coming from another country. Customer service was very helpful. I would definitely recommend to others and I will buy form here again.

item was held in fed ex 4 days until i mentioned that I would cancel order. and my debit card was cloned from your website. I know this to be true, because it was the only time I 've used the card. I don't use it for purchases

Giving one start due to arrival time was good, jersey came in with black stains , packaging was poor!

No customer service for my email, pretty sure they don't have English speaking staff, didn't even try Google translate. All while they tell you get in touch with us if you have any issues.
