This company has done the guttering at an 83 year old ladies house and within the week is falling down water pouring over the top. They take the money but don’t answer the phone or answer to any emails. They are a disgrace. The old lady is stressing has she might have to pay someone else to rectify the problem.

We were approached for damp inspection, told we needed PROPERLA sealant at front of property, reluctantly paid a deposit , cancelled same day by email, have tried to contact by email and phone, no response except one phone call saying refund is being processed, since contacted our bank to investigate, DONT TOUCH this company with a barge pole! After passing on to our bank, phone call offering monthly repayments, 2 weeks ago, will call tomorrow to discuss repayments, total silence, hopefully bank will recover our deposit THIS COMPANY ARE Robbers.

Excellent service from the professional fitters named Rob and and Andy. The communication and professionalism were upto the mark. I really appreciate the services.

The men who refurbed my gutter soffits etc were amiable and professional and cleared away all the debris. I was very pleased with the job they did. During the transaction I had a problem with my bank card and the company was very accommodating about payment till a new card arrived. I would definitely use this company again.

They completed a lot of work for me over the summer, ie windows, French doors, patio doors, garage doors, gutters, downpipes, soffits, roofing etc.
I have to say I am more than happy with all the work they have done.
Everyone from the company I had contact with, were friendly and professional and worked hard to make sure the work was exactly as I wanted it and at a reasonable cost.
A big thank you to Gareth who kept in touch with me throughout the time the work was being done, and made sure I was happy with everything, phoning me on most days.
All the people who worked on my property were skilled, knowledgeable and professional and took pride in what ever it was they were doing.
A great big thank you to Andy and Paul who did a lot of the work, and worked in temperatures of
over 30 degrees and also very heavy rain! No problem whatsoever, they just carried on ! They were great guys and their workmanship was excellent - they worked so hard and the banter was fun !
The company also sorted some snags that occurred with work I had done by their previous company, Crown Glazing, and this was all done without any charge and the previous guarantee from Crown Glazing honoured.

I am more than happy with the work, the customer service and everything they did for me and if I need any other work they will be the first people I go to.

Terrible afterservice. Said would get guarantee about 6 weeks after completing-its over 3 months and I'm still waiting. Have contacted them several times and emailed (got no reply), was told they would email guarantee to me. Nothing received. Rang again today calls either dropping out or ringing out. Finally managed to leave voice mail but no response yet. I think I have wasted my time and money with this company. Even if I do eventually get a guarantee it's probably not worth it as I imagine trying to make a claim would be impossible

Dreadful dreadful company I cancelled the same day and I'm now having to take it further to try and get my deposit back they will not answer emails or phone e calls... don't touch this company

Eco save glass is a Shocking company , they harass you until they get your order and deposit.
Uncontactable, phone & email they don't return your calls or emails, don't answer the phone
We had French doors fitted which dropped after a couple of weeks , they didn't come back to fix them
We are still currently fighting through our bank for a refund for our deposit on another job which they let us down 3 times , no contact at all , avoid at all cost.
Not happy at all and hopefully we will eventually get our money refunded

Parr of the intiial work complered on the actual agreed date, had to be informed by workers that had completed windows and door the patio would not be complered for another couple of days. This was left in my back garden. Patio finally fitted agreement was to remove radiator and cap it off. Told they dont do that they removed the radiator fitted Patio door now got pipes leaking causing damage to wooden flooring which cannot take up due to them installing the patio. To top this off they also robbed me and took an extra 1500 to which they have committed a fraudulent act. Sent numerous emails made numerous calls only.spoke to someone 3 times to which i am.still waiting 3 hours later for a call back with an explanation as to why someonenhas not called out to rectify the problem they have cause. My advice is stay clear. DO NOT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES GO WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Lucky you cannot give a 0.

EcoSave Glass arranged with a contractor to apply Pro Perla Wall Coating on the external brickwork to reduce condensation in the existing cavity walls. Since the completion of the work on 27th March 2026 I have not been able to make telephone contact to obtain a final invoice or any guarantee documentation. I would not recommend EcoSave Glass or use their services again.

Got my french door project wrong , managed to break 2 units while installing , has a date and time for second unit to be replaced, never came to do job , nobody answering their phone , still trying to get in touch with them , customer service is an absolute joke.
Stay away guys.

Thay cannot be trusted I paid a deposit and had to cancel my order the next day rang them up about the deposit thay said it would be back in my account in 5days but it is not got on the phone but thay won't answer my calls so beware of them not a good way to do business

Do not fall for the spin of government grants nonsense, they charge well over the odds for replacement glass, we regretfully fell for it, was meant to get a new window hinge fitted as part of the contract and thats not happened, over a month on and we still haven't got our A+ energy saving certificates either. Customer after care is atrocious you cannot get them to answer phone and they won't answer back to voice mails, stear well clear of these cowboys.. The contractor fitters where actually sound guys, its just the company thats the problem.

I was little sceptical after receiving a phone call from a lady offering us a free glass test on our windows, but needing new windows I thought id risk it and let them come out as I was getting quotes from a few companies anyway. Ecosaveglass offered an amazing price with the promised discounts so we decided to go ahead. From sending out a lovely guy called John to price up to getting the windows and doors fitted was a fast and easy process. The lads that came to fit them were brilliant and even cleaned up after themselves! Our home looks lovely now with our new windows and doors, Thank you would definitely recommend this company

Spoken to them previously when was crown glazing and gave us a good price then so when decided to choose went back. Still gave us a good price and the windows are good quality, had problem myself with paying at time but have been very good with me and helped me setup a payment plan to make sure windows were still fitted. The lads they sent round were very pleasant and respectful aswel can’t recommend them enough after all the help they have given. I previously worked at a window firm so know the windows are good quality Rehau and after been quoted ridiculous prices off other firms I was glad to find one with a respectable price

This company is owned by Imran and Umran khan. They previously owned Crown glazing and closed down owing over a million pound in debt and owe multiple staff members money.
