Highly recommend to pet owners for a very efficient and cost effective option for Veterinarian care and service. Much more timely than trying to make appointment and transfer(s) to local clinician.

I have a dog that is afraid of his own shadow. He was a rescue that had really been through some stuff and we're pretty sure he has a canine version of PTSD. He takes a regular anxiety medicine just to function within the house. Taking him to the vet is a chore. We have to medicate him days ahead of time and the day of just to get him to be willing to get into the van to go to the vet having a mobile vet come to us is absolutely out of the question because he also has territorial aggression. He doesn't care to meet new people. He loves his family and he's an overall good boy despite all of it. Having telemedicine available to us for things in between visit to our wellness clinic to our local clinic is such a relief for us. Haggard is a big dog and tends to exacerbate an old injury pretty regularly because of his size and age and knowing that there's a professional on the other side of the phone that can quickly get us pain medicine to help him settle so he can heal and relax has really just taken the stress out of having pets.

The fact that I was able to get care so quickly for my pup really makes dutch an amazing service. It's way more affordable than going into the vet and the service was above and beyond. The Dr didn't just rush through the 10 minute appointment she took her time to explain everything to me in detail and really made me feel like my puppy might get some relief. I was to a point of desperation, this service was able to give me and my dog so much relief

I was a loyal Dutch customer for nearly three years because I believed virtual veterinary care could make managing my dog's chronic allergies easier and more affordable.

Instead, my experience ended in complete disappointment.

My dog, Oakley, has a chronic skin condition that requires daily medication. When it came time for a prescription refill, I discovered that the medication prescribed through Dutch had no remaining authorized treatment plan. Despite multiple emails with customer support, I was met with lengthy apologies, explanations of company policy, and repeated statements about what they could not do.

What I never received was meaningful assistance.

Every representative assured me they understood my frustration, yet every response simply redirected responsibility to another policy, another department, or another limitation. Meanwhile, my dog was scratching herself raw while I scrambled to find another way to obtain the medication she depends on.

I also found my interactions with the veterinarian assigned to my case to be dismissive and unpleasant enough that they factored into my decision not to renew my membership.

The final straw came after pages of apologetic emails explaining why Dutch could not help. The email concluded with:

*"P.S. Love Dutch? Give your friends four months free!"*

At that point, my dog was suffering because she could not access her medication.

The promotional tagline felt incredibly tone-deaf.

Virtual veterinary care only works if there is continuity of care for pets with chronic conditions. When that continuity broke down, I discovered just how limited the service really was.

After nearly three years as a paying customer, I cannot recommend Dutch to anyone whose pet depends on ongoing prescription management. If your pet has a chronic medical condition, understand that when complications arise, you may find yourself navigating policies instead of receiving solutions.

I sincerely hope Dutch improves its customer service and continuity-of-care process, because pets deserve better than what my dog experienced.

My visit with the vet was quick and easy. She listened to what I had to say and prescribed exactly what I needed for my pup. It couldn’t have been more simple.

The doctor I met with was wonderful. She took the time to go over the meds. She prescribed my dog and then make sure to ask if I had any questions about anything that we had spoken about. I've been using them for a couple of years.Dutch is a life saver and huge money saver. I've literally saved thousands of dollars and learned so many at-home tips by getting treatment for my three cats through Dutch. For one cost per year (plus the cost of any meds) we get same or next day virtual appointments, the ability to expedite prescriptions, they're just amazing.

The vet! She’s amazing and already saved me $320 on vet visits locally!

They do not offer 24/7 as advertised. Couldn’t view anything without paying though so didn’t know, and saw many reddit threads talking highly about it. App and website would not let me do monthly payments, so I paid for the year, should have been my first sign to not go through but I did. No appointments for 2/3 days. Scrolled through the months and looks like only 2/3 days of every week is available. Couldn’t get a message back from anyone either. Did not offer a refund after canceling subscription after 2 hrs and currently trying to get ahold of someone to get a refund for the subscription since I will not be using it! Waiting on the phone 20+ minutes.
