I really do love this place! I can’t believe they have the press machine that you can use free of charge! They have all the colors in shirts and they are very helpful! They have hats and youth shirts in every color! The prices are reasonable and the whole staff is very helpful. They move quickly on getting your orders done. I would be cautious before placing a large or time-sensitive order with DTF Dallas.

The company appears to be a real operating business, and there are plenty of customers who report good quality and fast turnarou9nd. However, after looking beyond the headline rating, I found multiple customer reports involving incorrect sizing, fulfillment mistakes, incomplete orders, design placement problems, delays, and customer-service issues.

Their own refund policy also places important limits on custom orders. Custom products generally aren't refundable for buyer's remorse or incorrect size/color selection, visible problems have to be reported within 72 hours, and large blank-apparel returns can be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

I also noticed some inconsistencies in the company's published information, including different contact emails in different parts of the website. None of this proves fraud or that the positive reviews are fake, and I did not find a confirmed regulatory violation establishing wrongdoing.

My takeaway is simply to verify the exact order details, keep screenshots and documentation, and inspect everything immediately after delivery. The positive reviews are substantial, but the negative customer experiences are worth knowing about before placing a large or deadline-sensitive order.

This review may be a bit biased as I chose a brand, comfort colors, that my family is already in love with. But I couldn't be happier. I don't see any flaws in the quality, they arrived the exact day I was quoted, which was a ridiculous THREE DAYS! although I do live just hours away, so that may not be everybody's experience. No "sorry your items were out of stock," no separate shipping on each item, no surprise price increase. Just great, inexpensive shirts! Recommending to a friend starting a t-shirt company.

Will have to order more from here they came out really good..good quality and all came right on time like expected.

Test was not filled in with white as previous order. Need new Images with all text filled in completely not sporadically. Rest of order was beautiful but these 25 are a big order for me and I need it correct.
