Early days
I have bought dog suppy dental bright before and it appeared to work well but as my dog had been given antibiotics by the vet at the same time I couldn’t be certain

Very good company to deal with. Great commuinication. The products were good but unfortunatly i have a very fussy cockapoo who would not eat her food with the dental powder on and after a few weeks she would not eat the itch chews either. I kept in contact with the company who were great with tips but to no avail so i had to return the unused products and was refunded in full the postage was also covered.

Last order not good
Last order not good. A few lumps on top and then the rest is solid. I’ve never had this problem before. I sent an email and photo but apparently this didn’t reach them. Haven’t had any issues before and they’ve sent am apology and offered to replace the item once I’ve sent photos

Thank you for your review, and we’re truly sorry to hear about the issue with your latest tub of Dental Bright.
Certain ingredients such as brown algae and chicory root attract moisture, which can cause the powder to clump. The natural oils also play a role in this. However, we have noticed that some jars, like yours, have indeed started to clump significantly.
Unfortunately, we could not detect this beforehand because such a hardening process only occurs after a few weeks. We offer our sincere apologies for this inconvenience; this is obviously not the quality we normally offer.
I’ve checked our inbox, but I wasn’t able to find an email or photo from you, so we’ve reached out directly to make sure we can look into this properly and help.
