Paid the full amount in advance, but they canceled my order claiming it was a "fraudulent transaction." To make it worse, their refund caused me a loss of $22–$23 due to bank/exchange rates. Terrible experience, false accusations, and they literally cost me money and time! why my payment is not authentic tell me, as i pay full amount in advance, then tell me people how can i fraud them LOL

I am a brand new customer & was extremely impressed by the customer experience I received this afternoon 5th June by Rob for the first visit. He went out of his way to find a spring to fit the head of my Echo strimmer. He even took one out of a Stihl strimmer head to see if it would fit. Reassembled my head & checked it was working. It did the job!!! I will be bringing my machinery at the end of this season for servicing. Also they have a very attractive shop with everything you need for gardening & tree work.

Bought a Stihl battery pole saw Hsa86 handy tool,but the built quality is poor on the extension screw area,it is weak at the point and been repaired twice already this year the plastic sleeve inside isn’t strong enough and this where it fails.
