DO NOT BUY THIS INSURANCE if you are going skiing
At the beginning of 2026, I bought insurance Gigasure Premium Annual 2026 with additional cover Winter Sport Plus
In Febuary I had an accident while skinig and I broked my wrist with dislocation.
The doctor recommended emergency surgery, which prevented potential permanent disability,
The only advice I received from Gigasure was that I should return to the UK.
I had to pay the surgery myself.
I filed a complaint, which was denied.
I'm left with pain, suffering, and debt, with no use from the insurance company. Even though I bought insurance to protect myself against an accident.

Pain to renew policy
Don't understand why I had to remove details of my medical response and then reinstall them when it was a renewal policy .after phone call from customer services to explain the reason I am reviewing experience it was a slight misunderstanding which hopefully will be rectified disability which had to be removed then reinstalled was because it was downgraded
