The transport service was extermely good, and I had a truly lovely experience from day one until today.

I checked fw companies before and got lots of different info, which ws confusing honestly. One company gave very low quote but later things was not clear. With Braghiway, there was some wait for finding a carrier, but they explained the situation. Not everything happened fast, but overall it worked out fine.

Honestly I was not sure who to book with, so I talked to few companies first. Brighotwy was easy to deal with and answered my questions without making it complicated. There was some waiting for the pickup, but finally everything got done fine. Pretty happy with the service.

Kevin Miller was great to work with. I had to cancel two other companies that said they could do the job. Kevin really came through for our family. Thank you Kevin.

The service was okay overall, but there were a few delays during the process. Communication was decent, and the shipment was eventually completed as expected.

My experience with Brightway Logistics was good overall. There was a small price increase before pickup because of the transport situation, but Frankson followed up with me, explained everything clearly, and helped get the shipment from Phoenix, Arizona to Denver, Colorado completed smoothly. Appreciate the communication.

IF I could give a grade of a negative star I absolutely would! Save your time AND MONEY and use another company. Several times since the beginning of August Jacob Miller at Brightway said he was "working" confirming a pickup and delivery for my trailer and car. Each time I reached out to him over the month's period it was the same story. "Don't worry, the order is still live and we're actively working on securing a suitable carrier". I reitrated several times the critical time table and the fact that I would be leaving the area immediately after pickup to fly to the destination city. It came down to only 2 days before the drop dead date and he STILL did not have a suitable carrier AND the one be leisurely proposed as suitable was close to 3 1/2 time higher than the original "estimate"! Of course by then he went in to his fast talk act pushing to get things booked immediately. I gave him an immedite NO WAY and moved on to his "supervisor" Brian. Same action from him. The organization and business model is shamelessly crooked. I now have to fight tooth and nail to get back the $500 deposit. Make no mistake I will prevail. Final suggestion to all reading this, learn from my awful experience, take your business anywhere else but Brightway!

I was quoted $325, but the final cost ended up around $750.
The pickup was delayed multiple times, and communication was extremely poor.
I was pressured to pay an additional $150 for a supposedly urgent pickup window that never happened.
The whole experience felt misleading and frustrating from start to finish.
Their “price-lock guarantee” did not feel like a guarantee at all.
Customer service refused to refund the extra charge despite my complaint.
I would strongly think twice before trusting this company with your vehicle.🚨❌

Do\nNot use this company, they are a bunch of racist people do not use this company.They have my car on a board and refuse to take the listing down so no other transport companies would get your order.They talk very bad, use profanity and talk about my dead mother.Do not use this company.Take it from me, please.This is a very , very bad company
