Dreadful company. They are a third party on the Debenhams website. I ordered an item as it stated that the item was “sold and dispatched by them” 9 days later and the carrier still has not received the item in order for them to deliver it. The company is UK based as am I. In fact the item is dispatched by “Haba trading/Vida XL”, by far the shoddiest company of all. I would never have ordered the item had I known that this latter company, was involved. Berkfeild Home simply respond to my query by saying …once the carrier has the item, tracking will be updated!!! Awful service. Debenhams themselves, simply revert to their third party involved in the sal to give them updates. Both companies fail to recognise that the customer has waited far too long for an item and has wasted considerable time and effort chasing the various parties involved. I’m sure my request for a refund will be dealt with just as poorly.

Bought a metal fence from B and Q online. When it came it was obvious it was similar to the cheap crap you buy from China.
After several emails B and Q offered a full refund with no need to return. Promised within 5 days my £509.90 would be returned. This has not happened and after several more attempts to contact still no refund.
B and Q have lost all credibility with me and are not a good company to deal with.

Poor quality, thieves

Customer service is very poor. Firstly, they have no telephone access (only email). I purchased a side table and few months back, but only mounted it recently ( due to unforeseen personal circumstances). I wrote to them to ask for a small part of the table leg ( basically a tiny bit that was missing) and offered to pay for it. I was told by 'H' that this was not possible and that I would have to buy a completely new table! Be very careful with this company when you may need a spare part. I've never dealt with such a mean spirited business. They take your money, but beyond the 30 deadline, they will not deal with you if your furniture has a problem. Buyer beware!

Good customer service and provided a refund with unsatisfactory product.

Ordered 3 different items. 2 were wonderful, 1 wasn’t quite to standard however on raising this with customer services I have had swift and engaged responses to reach a resolution

Refusing to refund and won’t collect the cheap rubbish. Im convinced they sold my details to a scammer who contacted me re return trying to get my bank details

I placed the order and had to cancel it. Berkfield replied to my email and have made the whole process do straightforward. If only every company had customer service to match this experience. Thank you Carol Nadh

Wanted to return an item as the colour just didn’t work, Holly was incredible we came to a solution and she was extremely helpful.

I received a very speedy reply initially and follow up replies were also speedy

I would recommend the quality of the items. I purchased a balcony protector from Berkfield Home and also from one other company, the Berkfield Home product was far superior in quality, colour, strength and durability.

Absolutely horrible company - they sell cheap chinese crap and are purposely REFUSING TO LET ME RETURN AN ORDER - asked about 10 times to return and holly refuses to send return info - avoid this company!!!
