Large item which was a tumble drier apparently delivered and left by front door and I was at work no body signed for it and my front gates left open when I came home no drier so it has been stolen very disgusting as the time they were meant to deliver was tea time evening and I would be home but they delivered earlier when at work I have contacted VERY about this matter they have said there was no photo taken either and there would have to be an investigation..I certainly wont be making any payment for this good ..only my washer which I got last Christmas

No attempt made to Deliver to a Homebound Individual ,and then it is unilatterally Cancelled and you are "offered" Delivery of essential Goods 3-4 days later.
AND YOU HAVE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM instead of those creating the problem- For REAL!!!???

Very disappointed with this service
The delivery men said they can't bring the sofa in to my home as they're not allowed to step over. They said they're not allowed to take the packaging and yet our other sofa had been delivered a few weeks ago and the guys said they're to take the packaging. I'm disabled and I can't lift anything. My husband isn't able to lift either. The men today were not prepared to offer any help whatsoever
