I bought a set of pans on a sale price knowing there was a discount code to add for an additional amount off. The order button was accidentally hit before I could apply the code. Their email kept bouncing back saying it doesn’t exist. It will cost me more to return it and pay a restocking fee…wanted to cancel the order…not happy.

Very poor quality, it has scratches all over it 😡 not worth the money

We have not had our APEX chopping board for long but it seems to be really good quality and well crafted. It feels strong and sturdy, but most importantly it feels much more clean and hygienic than any other chopping board we have owned, which is the reason why we wanted to buy it. It is nice to use and I saw some comments saying it can slide around, but that hasn't been my experience. The metal does scratch very slightly but not as badly as other materials and again, it feels much easier to clean and it doesn't feel like food can get trapped in it.

I have Apex titanium pans, a lid and a set of utensils. All are genuine titanium and performance is quite superb. I cannot understand how people give poor reviews, say they aren't titanium or make other criticisms. Were they buying the genuine article?

Horrible quality. Shipping came in crushed boxes. It is not nonstick and food sticks like crazy and the pan burns. The company is not trustable. I would never buy from this company. When trying to return, they refuse return even on unused item because it was bought on promotional sale. All their items are on promotional sale. There’s false advertisement, the screws gets warped . Unless they give me complete refund, I will be contacting Better Business Bureau.

I ordered a very expensive knife set and they said it has been delivered and it hasn’t still waiting. No response from an email. I have sent several emails and no one has got back to me.
What a scam. Don’t waste your money on this company.

Purchased their Titanium chopping boards, the most expensive boards I've ever bought.
They took a while to arrive, turns out the company is in the USA but the boards ship from China!
Upon arrival, slightly disappointing, very thin, quite sharp edges and they look and feel like stainless steel.
Even more disappointing is upon using them for the first time, they are covered in scratches!!
Not what you expect when you spend over £100 on 3 chopping boards!
Contact their customer services, the most unhelpful I've ever encountered.
1, they don't claim to be scratch resistant
2, they are on sale so not returnable
3, if I return due to faulty, at my cost, and "IF" they accept it, there is a restocking fee
We all know they won't accept there is a fault.
Do yourself a favour, avoid this company at all costs!!
I could have bought the same quality on an auction site for £20

The pan is awful it is not nonstick it’s the worst pan I have bought

We ordered titanium cutting boards. What came were smaller than ordered (19.5×30mm instead of 12x18 in). The also don't look like titanium and felt too heavy for titanium. So I weighed and did the math and found the density to match stainless steel, not titanium. The support email bounces. My conclusion - scam. Buyer beware.

On July 21, I cancelled the order for a chopping board, because it had been long delayed and I was concerned it was never going to come. But they sent the chopping board anyway: it arrived on August 4. This company does not do business honestly. Or they are inattentive to what their automatic services are doing.

I ordered a pan 7 days ago, I haven't received the item, and my emails to their support address support@apexio are failing to be delivered, it's a scam, I will be reporting them !!!!

Received damaged and they are trying to not give refund. Fighting through bank to get my money back. This place is not good do not buy anything from them.

Do not buy these pans!!!! they do not perform as promised. I followed the instructions to the letter and the food stuck and was difficult to remove and only after soaking for several hours. They will not stand behind their product at all and refused any refund!!!!

It's bad products and totally overprised. I will not buy it if I know it's china company and china product. No refund and no return policy . Only AI chat service.

it's a stick titanium pan. I need to put more oil to prevent the food from sticking to the pan. i thought it's non-stick. the cutting board is so thin i can bend and fold it. i can start seeing some minor scratches.

Ordered apex titanium frying pan. Cost £79.90. Also bought the lifetime guarantee. I’ve used this pan twice. Both times the food stuck to the pan. Contacted them via email and on their website. I have not received a response. I will be contacting my credit card to put a stop on the payment.

These guys are scam artists. They do not allow returns.
I have purchased a cutting board from them but had ordered the wrong size at first. 2 minutes later, I purchased the correct size. I emailed them right away (1 minutes later) asking not to ship the original order. I received a response saying that I should have looked at their policy before making a purchase and that they are not willing to refund me.

In addition, I still have not received my order.

Paid $20 for same day shipping only to find out it isn’t. It is day 3 and still no delivery.

The product works as promised and it is easy to handle. Shipping halfway around the world was fast and accompanied with perfect communication. It can be recommended without reservation.

It’s been a month and I have not received my order. But I’m getting AI messages asking me how my order was. There is also no way to track where the order is in transit.
