I have been an ALT customer for a few years now and I have not been disappointed. I recently had a significant delay in receiving my sizable order. I reached out to check on the status and Karimunnisa from the support team responded immediately, reassured me in the warmest and genuine way and ensured my package came! Products are excellent and I still receive compliments on the perfumes I wear from this brand. ❤️

I got Duchess from Alt and it smells so good. Very similar to Delina. But my atomizer wasn't working well and I emailed the customer support email about if I can change bottles on my own bc i dont want to waste the perfume and they instead offered to give me a new one! I was very surprised and appreciate the kind gesture. Definitely will buy from this website again.

One of my received fragrance bottles was received with very little in the bottle. It had leaked thru as bottle wasn't screwed tightly. I took pictures and another bottle is on the way. I didn't have the headache of returning the bottle currently received. Thank you for prompt resolve as I was very dissapointed to receive damaged goods! Great Customer service!!

Very high quality fragrances for very reasonable prices! Just as good as the fragrances they are inspired by. Would highly recommend to all, I have gotten more compliments on these products than any of my other name brand colognes combined.

I ordered the Crystal fragrance and love it! However when my order came the top wasn't fully screwed tight and 1/4 of the bottle leaked. I sent a quick email with picture and they quickly responded with an apology and said they would send a new one at no charge and I received the invoice for it right away!This company has excellent customer service I highly recommend anything from them!

Great products, fragrances smell top quality and actually last. I’ve been buying for a good while now and customer service is fast friendly and very attentive if you have any issues or concerns. I had an issue with package being lost. Keep in mind that was a carrier and shipper issue and ALT went out and sent a completely new order for me. My products were delivered with lids not tightly shut and the fragrances leaked. Alt immediately sent replacement products without any hassle.

Not only are the scents great, but customer service is top notch. I received a bottle that was broken during shipping, immediately emailed them photos, and my replacement was on its way the next day. Will certainly buy more from here.

First purchase. Ordered 5/$150.
1) I wish I had read reviews from other sites that carry Alt. Fragrances products, which are much lower. On Google, even the review averages shown at top in “Sponsored Products” show lower reviews than what is displayed on the Alt. Fragerences’ website. I suggest putting “Alt. Fragrances,” the name of the scent you are looking at with the word “reviews.” Also, Reddit & TrustPilot are usually good for reviews.

2) Out of 5 fragrances, only 1 (Cherry Smash) was NOT on the pleasant side, but the scent of 4 only lasted LESS than 30 minutes, & the scent of the other 1 vanished in LESS than 90 minutes. So, I feel I’m NOT really saving anything if I must strip down and reapply the spray every 30 minutes. Ugh!

3) Directions on boxes say to spray on skin & not to rub, or it affects the scent, which led me to be concerned that with the fragrances being oil based that they might leave spots on my clothes. Real quality perfume does NOT include such directions.

4) At least one bottle leaked from loose lid. Three others also had loose lids, but missing liquid was not obvious. Boxes were damp & had strong mixed odor. I could NOT return because I threw the damp & smelly boxes away. Also, “returns” are only given as store credit or exchange, which is NOT really a return, but, either way, only an exchange.

5) I did reach out to support / customer service with pictures and text about the leaking & damaged boxes. The first response came in 17 hours and very politely said they could only offer “store credit or replacement” for the bottle that leaked the most & other than a brief “sorry to hear about” there was no real response to the damp & damaged boxes. I replied in about 5 hours that I would take the “store credit” (something is better than nothing) and that I was disappointed they didn’t respond about the boxes and that I felt an exception should be made to let me send the fragrances back without the damp and damaged boxes. Their second reply took 51 hours, & they did NOT mention the boxes or my desire to return (aka-exchange) all 5 bottles, but they did provide a $29.99 store credit (something is better than nothing?) so that I can use it to get another bottle that most likely smells okay, can only be sprayed on my skin, and lacks scent longevity. So, LESSON LEARNED.

ALT fragrances is my new go to. I am am ALTer for life. I own so many scents. I get compliments from strangers every day on how good I smell. Customer service is amazing. I had to contact them 1 time because o had some perfume leak during shipment. They got right back with me within 1 business day and after I submitted pics for proof, a new bottle was sent out. I am very pleased with ALT. And I have referred so many family and friends to them. My daughter has purchased just as many scents as I have. You will not be disappointed when you try ALT.
