We have been using myAgentive for more than two moths now, and It's super useful and time-saving. The work that we needed to spend days can be done in minutes now. More importantly it has become our company's brain. All the work is aligned with the company's branding and standard operating procedures.

The product has already included many necessary and useful skills. But what is amazing is that we can extend the capabilities with new skills. We have added skills for publishing Eventbrite events, and syncing the Eventbrite users with our CRM, Writing and posting useful content on Linkedin following our content strategy, making beautiful branded emails, pdf reports and interactive HTML dashboards.

Basically the way we use is to find out what is repetitive and time-consuming and then ask myAgentive if it can handle it. The limitations are mostly not in myAgentive, but are in some of the systems we would like to connect.

I have tried a lot of AI tools that are impressive for five minutes and then sit unused. This one is different, because it does the work rather than telling me how to do it.

Four months in, it handles a real share of my week. Recurring jobs run on their own in the background and I get the output without asking. The one-off jobs I hand over come back finished, not half done.

Two things make it stick. It remembers. Every project has context that carries across sessions, so I am never re-explaining myself from scratch. And it works where I already am, so I can send a job from my phone while I am out and find it done when I sit back down.

It still needs clear direction, the same as any good team member, and it is better when you brief it properly. But the leverage is genuine. It has changed how I structure my week rather than just saving me a few minutes here and there.

If you are a business owner buried in the operational layer, this is the most useful thing I have bought in a long time.
