Hi Kenneth,

We sincerely apologize for the delay you experienced with your order and completely understand the frustration of waiting longer than expected for your package to arrive.

After reviewing your order, we can confirm that it was placed on Saturday, May 9th and shipped out promptly on Monday, May 11th through USPS using tracking number 9434636106196331483930. Our warehouse is closed on weekends, and USPS no longer performs weekend pickups at our warehouse location.

Under normal circumstances, transit time after pickup is typically 3 to 5 business days. However, according to the tracking history on USPS.com, your package experienced an internal delay while in transit. We also contacted USPS directly and were advised that weather conditions along the shipping route contributed to the delay.

While carrier delays are unfortunately outside of our control, we always do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Situations like this are very uncommon, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the process.

We value your business and sincerely hope you will give us another opportunity in the future. Thank you.

As mentioned in our previous responses, our company is currently dealing with a coordinated review extortion attempt. After refusing to pay individuals who contacted us demanding money to remove negative reviews, additional reviews began appearing from accounts that do not correspond to any verified customer orders in our system.

Both the reviews themselves and the emails sent to us requesting payment are written in broken English. These individuals are using VPN services and anonymous accounts, but the activity appears to originate from international sources rather than legitimate customers. The same accounts also appear to be posting similar reviews across many unrelated businesses as part of the same scheme.

We have reported this activity to Trustpilot and are fully cooperating with their team while the investigation is ongoing.
