después de ver cientos de publicidades de ace studio hasta en la sopa me decidí a suscribirme, pero me topé con que ahora solo se puede pagar anual, cosa que en tecnología es absurdo, si pagas un año adelantado puede que en 3 meses estés trabajando con algo obsoleto y aún te quedan 9 meses más. Además sus políticas de cobro por créditos es aparte y aunque tengas prepagado un año podés quedarte sin créditos y tener que pagar un dineral por ellos, ya que pueden cambiar los precios como les da la gana. Suno Studio 2.0 se les acerca peligrosamente, lo he contratado y parece que va a ser el que les quite todo el mercado conseguido a fuerza de millones de publicidad. Creo que pensaron que el público es tonto, que iba a entrar en su sitio con una promesa y aceptar una realidad cambiada así como así. Ahora Suno Studio va por ellos, cobran mensual, no tiene créditos extras que pagar, y está agregando funcionalidades todo el tiempo. Una pena, pero creo que Ace Studio se ha pegado un tiro en el pié con sus cambios y ahora empieza a suberle la gangrena.

Unreliable and not transparent. It is not free and the software is not safe it took about 2.0GB on your device to be installed and then ask you to sign for a membership before even give you any sign of what this can do or not! And obviously from other reviews you can see that even after paying for their membership you are not going to be happy and satisfied as well. So dodgy approach toward users.

**“Get Started Free” is misleading if the app cannot even be opened without a paid subscription.**

I created an account, downloaded and installed ACE Studio 2.0, expecting at least to be able to open the application and inspect the interface. Instead, I was prompted to purchase a paid annual plan before I could even access the Studio itself.

ACE does offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, but that is not the same as a free trial: you first have to pay for an annual subscription and then request a refund if the product is not for you.

I don’t expect the AI features or rendering to be free. But prospective customers should at least be able to open the application, inspect the interface, explore the workflow, or use a limited demo/read-only mode before committing to an annual payment.

At minimum, the “Get Started Free” button should make it much clearer that it means free account registration and installer download, not free access to ACE Studio.

I started using Ace Studio couple months ago, and the experience has been incredible,
Its been a great assistance in to my unfinished projects siting in my drive for years,bringing them to date, and helping me with new ideas,as a composer/producer ,
I think is the best co-producer assistance money can buy.

After seeing people using it online I thought I would download and install the free trial to see if it was suitable for my needs. But then boot up the "trial" and it wants me to pay a year upfront just to try it out. That is not a free trial, that is commiting and I refuse to commit to costly software without knowing if it is right for me or not. Just on the sly way they do this, I would not give them a penny even if I had had a free trial and the software was perfect for my needs. I DO NOT deal with companies that deal this way.

The fact they use AI and you need to connect to their servers, how do I even know if the company will still be there in a couple of months. If they go under your software goes with them. This is the same with any software reliant on you connecting to their servers.

This is a great idea, but underlying value proposition is flawed. I was also shocked by the 17,000 credits I needed towards the end of my first music video project. There is no way to buy only enough credits to finish, so I signed up for 2500/ month, and then had to sign up for 17,000/ month extra credits, just to complete the video. I had about 2000 left, and tried to get it to correct an anomaly in one scene. When it addressed one issue, it introduced another. Each run cost 470 credits. No way to dispute, as only choice is to approve or not. I have exhausted almost all credits, and see no option to do another music video until next month! This is crazy!

For what good ACE Studio offers, their customer service and business model is horrible. I'm well past the limited time for getting a refund before discovering what I wish I knew up front. Multiple glitches with using the layering tool to generate parts for music that I've generated within ACE studio or imported from other workflows. The most frustrating is being blocked by a "Copyright Infringement" warning not only to lyrics I wrote myself, but even to instructions for generating things like a "string countermelody" to an existing part within the recording using the layering picker. I've written to ACE support several times with this issue and have gotten only excuses, but no solutions. As is, I've wasted time and good money on this product and emphatically suggest to anyone considering it to think twice. The advertisements sound great and are very convincing, but for serious composing workflow, I'm giving it a two thumbs down.

The video editor itself looks promising and seems capable of producing good results, but the pricing and credit system are extremely unclear and not transparent at all.

First, I had to pay for a full year just to properly try the service. Before subscribing, there was no clear explanation of how expensive the video generation process would actually be or how many credits a complete music video would require.

I spent around 2,500 credits preparing the video, choosing scenes and working through the editing process. Only at the final generation step was I suddenly asked to approve an additional charge of around 17,000 credits. By that point, I had already invested a considerable amount of credits and time into the project.

This means that a single music video can consume an enormous number of credits, far beyond what most users would reasonably expect from the information provided before subscribing. The total cost should be clearly estimated before users begin creating and spending credits, not revealed only at the final step.

It is frustrating because the editor appears to be genuinely good, but the lack of transparency makes the experience feel misleading. Users should be told clearly, before paying for an annual subscription and before starting a project, how much a complete video is likely to cost.

Customer Support does not exist - any issues and you are your own. Their credit system is not transparent in particular the new music video generator. A simple 2 minute video - loads of bugs - 1 1/2 hour later it has been eating credits whilst producing (3000). At the final stage when asking whether you want to finalise the video it asks for 17,000 credits (the professional subscription comes with 5,000). Nowhere does it mention how many credits are needed. The 2 year subscription (own after 2 years) does not include any AI functions so it is a preset lane DAW without this. Don't waste your money.

Good product, that are completely let down by the business model. It poses as professional software, and pretty much works well. But the credits bingo is exactly like getting trapped in a game for kids, where you buy credits like mad to just make the stuff work.

The new video feature is like that. If your song is 2 minutes long, you'll run out of credits before getting half of it done. Which renders it USELESS!

So congratulations Ace Studio for effin up an otherwise ok product.

No trial at all! You have to download and install everything, and only then they tell you that you need to pay. Calling this a “free trial” is complete nonsense.

This is misleading and unethical. A genuine trial should allow musicians to test the product before paying. If the product were truly good, the company would not be afraid to let musicians try it first.

There is no way I am paying for something I cannot properly test.

Unethical marketing practices.

- Even though they have been contacted about this in the past, they STILL say you can start for free on their website. You cannot.
- They show monthly billing. you CANNOT subscribe on a monthly basis; they charge you for a whole year.
- YouTubers praise the software because they get a payback and fail to mention Ace Studio's shady business practices.
- They charge hundreds of dollars just to try it out. Good luck getting your money back.

Whether the software is good or not, people shouldn't support shady companies like this. Maybe they'll learn (and improve) if people stop giving their money away.

After reading all the other reviews saying they couldn't get their money back within the 7 day period, this is a HARD PASS

Una vez te has suscrito, esconden el botón cancelar(no existe).Al buscarlo te intentan empujar hacia trampas para que contrates mas.
Once you've subscribed, they hide the cancel button (it doesn't exist). When you look for it, they try to push you into traps to get you to subscribe more.
Edito:Me puse en contacto via e-mail,y me dieron la solución.Sin generar mas gasto.Pero,sigo pensando que el botón de cancelar,deberia estar a la vista.
Edit: I contacted them via email, and they provided a solution without incurring any further costs. However, I still think the cancel button should be clearly visible.

This program is the biggest shit in the world. If you want to generate a vocal, it needs hours to set up results. Despite of big music Computer, and a very fast Internet!!
Save your money and took other internet offerer

Its ok but not great and not worth 500 dollars what ever that is in UK pounds, yes you can subscribe but I hate subscriptions too many complications with them like taking extra money, charging for credits etc etc no thanks

J'ai voulu me prendre un abonnement mensuel et je me suis fait avoir. Ils ne proposent aucun abonnement mensuel, seulement des abonnements annuels mais c'est tellement peu lisible sur le site que ça frôle la malhonnêteté. De plus, lorsque je fais une réclamation par mail pour un remboursement qu'ils sont sensés mettre en place pendant 7 jours après achat, aucune réponse ne m'est donnée. A fuir.
