It was my first time ordering from you guys I was very cautious as ive been scammed before but these guys have pulled through very fast shipping and amazing communication throughout there was a slight problem I did order the cookies dual vape and I got the wizard trees most likely due to the cookies vape being unavailable but the wizard trees vape is still 10 out of 10 I also got free apple O gummies with my order and a lolly which was a lovely surprise im looking forward to ordering from you guys again your fantastic !!

Ive ordered multiple vapes from this company now and its fair to say that I'll be using these guys for a while. Always very quick delivery, the vapes always hit good and are never faulty. And very discreet packaging.

I've been ordering from Calibudz monthly since January and have always had a great service with no issues, so when my latest order arrived short by quite a hefty amount it was definitely unusual.

Obviously it wasn't ideal, but mistakes can happen and for me it's how a company deals with them afterwards that really matters.

After a bit of back and forth and providing the evidence needed, everything was sorted and the remainder of my order was promptly shipped out. They even threw in a free lolly, which I'm assuming was a little apology 😂🍭

Credit where it's due — once everything was established they put it right quickly and I received exactly what I'd paid for.

Sometimes you learn more about a company when something goes wrong than when everything goes perfectly. After being a regular customer for months with no previous problems, seeing them resolve the one issue I have had properly gives me even more confidence continuing to order from them.
