I received a level of customer service that I truly believed didn't exist anymore.
Not only does this company make exceptional products.....
They ABSOLUTELY go....above and beyond !!!
They truly stand behind their products and will accept nothing less than....
COMPLETE customer satisfaction !!!
They actually followed through with me, from start to finish, to ensure that I was completely satisfied.
I cannot say enough about this company....they are a "rarity"!!!
Other companies should send their own customer service reps TO Cattasaurus for training 😊

I ordered a Peekaboo Bunk Bed in green and it’s great! The material is sturdy and most of all my cat made it her favorite spot within 5 minutes. Fast shipping and I would order from the website again.

I bought 3: 2 for my 1 year old boys, and 1 for my son’s cat. A hit with all 3. I was impressed with the size, the regular has plenty of room for my 2 together.
Calvin prefers to curl up on top, while Hobbes loves hiding inside, and they both enjoy swatting at each other through the peek-hole. They also chase each other around the circle.
Mac&Cheese is a classic orange: his lack of time with the shared brain cell kept him from spending a lot of time interacting with the cave initially, but a bit of catnip cured that. He loves to scratch it, including putting only the front half of his body inside and scratching like crazy.
I hesitated buying for a long time, but I’m really glad that I finally pulled the trigger.

Our cats love the caves, sleeping on them, in them, and playing with them. A great addition for our two orange tabby's who need lots of stimulation. Great product, well built as well.

It's really funny, I bought 2 and he LOVES the one upstairs, but the one downstairs is a challenge. I'm not pushing him, sometimes I catch him playing. One is light gray, the other dark gray, go figure. I put a bit of catnip in each. It hasn't been long so he gets more time. He's so cute curled up in it!

Massive fail with this product!
I have 2 cats that like to run around And scratch and claw different things.
I purchased two one for each cat. They both sniffed around the device and crawled inside.
After one day they completely ignored it and haven't touched either one in two weeks.
I can't recommend this product at all.

My cat loves the product and I’m very happy with that. What I don’t understand is why you advertise buy one get one free and then only ship one. I was told I didn’t click on ‘the correct button’. Who would only buy one at the price? Come on… why do you have to make this hard.

Then I asked about it via email and you said sure for another $20 weeks will ship you one. I’ve owned my own business twice in my life and I would never not send a product if someone was confused by an online offer.

Products great but customer service not so much.

It came quickly and I love the product. I have several cats, they hide, sleep and just play in and on the Cattasaurus! Great buy!

Deceptive Checkout – Beware of Additional Charges

I intended to purchase two items from Cattasaurus but was charged for four. At the end of checkout, I was shown an offer that appeared to be a complimentary promotional deal. When I clicked it, the site immediately charged my card for two additional items.

There was no updated order total, no final review screen, and no opportunity to confirm or cancel the additional purchase before my card was charged.

I found this checkout process extremely misleading and deceptive. Buyers should be very cautious when clicking any offers that appear during or after checkout.

My cats are playing in the cattasauras. We have one on both levels of the house.

My youngest cat loves to play in the cattasaurus. My older cat will only play with it occasionally. Nether use it to sharpen claws… just running around and playing with toys inside. I am glad I got it!

Great product…instant acceptance by our four cats!

My kitten absolutely loves her Cattasaurus! She especially loves the little hole at the top. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone who has a cat. The quality is also great!

A little cat nip sprinkled in and out clinched the deal, sparking zoomies in the donut, in circles, on his back.

Well made and easy to assemble. After a week of being curious, my cat has been inseparable with hers. Very happy with my purchase and met any expectation I had.

My cats (3 of them) ignored the Cattasaurus. I ended up donating it to my local animal shelter.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!!! My credit card was charged on Aug, 12th and it was "shipped" Aug.13th. I contacted you last week when asked to leave a review. NO RESPOSE! And another week goes by, still no delivery and you want a review!! PLEASE Credit my card. No more orders from me!

The product its self was well constructed. It is just they promised that my cats would completely love this item. However, they do not! These are not small items and take valuable realistate. The price was not within my budget either, but I do love my cats, so I made it work.
