When my orivinak order came in the fit waa just not right. I contacted the company and arrange for warranty replacement. I was lucky and got Nina to help me with my order and she was great, replaced the shoes and new shoes fit great and extremely comfortable. Super light and soft. Customer support was amazing and I will order again in the future.

I ordered two pairs of shoes, one was an inch longer than the other. You’d think I would get two sets of orthotics but no, only one pair was shipped. One pair, described as sand color on their website was off white… not even close to the picture on their website. Now, because of their incompetence, I have to pay shipping to return their mistake.

I am a Type 2 diabetic that has been searching for years for shoes to fit and help my 4E neuropathic feet. I’m a big guy and am tough on shoes, but these are showing no signs of breaking down. In addition to all that, there is an endless supply of really nice looking shoes.

I have owned two pairs of Comfo shoes and they are very comfortable and great for any occasion. I recently ordered another pair and received the wrong size. When I contacted customer service they were very responsive and arranged for the correct size to be sent to me. With the comfort and value of these shoes, I will be a Comfo Shoe customer well into the future.

I bought the mystery bag of shoes. Received a black, brown and grey-blue pair. They are so comfortable. I’d recommend these shoes to anyone. Easy selection on website. Fast delivery.

I had ordered a pair of shoes in the size that my husband usually wears. When received, the shoes were too small. I notified the comoany and Nina responded. She was very helpful in trying to figure out the correct size we needed. Waiting for the exchange and hopefully it will be a correct fit.

I really like the shoes a lot! Very comfortable, light, and great for walking. My only issue is that it's not quite wide enough to put my ortho insoles in. No problem, I just don't use them for these shoes, they're good the way they are and they look great too!

They offered a buy one get one free. They only sent one pair and wanted $20.00 to ship the second pair. These a very cheap shoes from China anyway.

I had my doubts about the shoes. I truly thought the ads were more bullshit, but I will try anything to take pressure off my knees. OMG these shoes are light weight and comfortable. So glad I tried them and my knees feel much better

First off, the shoes hurt my feet the second I put them on. When I contacted them for a return, they required I take a photo of my foot next to the shoe. Kind of weird. Then they said they would do a one-time free exchange for a different size. I was surprised that a company that touts their product so in demand and low stock wouldn't just offer a refund. The return policy shown on their web site would lead you to believe so. Email replies took days and they said their customer service was very busy so it would take some time and please don't send multiple emails on the same issue. Boy, they must have a lot of customers with problems. If so, then why so many great reviews? Here's the kicker. In order to complete a return or exchange, customers are required to post a 5-star review on trust pilot and submit a screen shot of that review. I'm not doing this. I will not be dishonest. I am donating these crappy shoes to charity. This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. And that says a lot because I am 70 years old and have shopped online a considerable amount.

Received two of four pairs ordered. The shoes are extremely comfortable. However, the inner parts are extremely cheap looking plus there is no size indication inside the shoe? If they last two years, I think will be a miracle even if you only wear them once a week. Waiting on an answer to where my other half of order is? I'll post again in a few weeks as to how the shoes performed.

It took forever for the shoes to arrive, and while they have a phony US address, they really come from the Netherlands. The 30 day return policy is also fraudulent since they do expect the customer to pay for the return, and shipping overseas is almost the same cost as the shoes. Overall, the shoes are very cheap-looking in person and sadly something I would never wear. If you are going to be so brazen as to tout a 30-day policy, then you need to accept full responsibility and provide a return label. I suppose the issue would be that they would end up losing money because probably 50% of the product would be returned.

Shoes are cheap, delivery time was decent. Customer service doesn't exist. My husband wore his shoes to try to break them in and they hurt his feet so bad he had to change shoes. We wear the same size shoe, I also need orthotics. I tried them and the contour where my foot rested didn't feel right. I couldn't wear them long either. FYI, a different pair that my husband tried. We got the "deal" for multiple pair. Not impressed at all. We tried several times the contact the company and they never responded. Money lost.
