The tracking information

The tracking information, from placing the order to the delivery a couple of days later was the best I've ever experienced. The tracking was consistently accurate and readily available and this was backed up by a telephone call from the delivery driver to let me know that he was half an hour away As informed from the beginning that the delivery time may vary due to traffic conditions etc I was never unsure of my parcel's whereabouts because of the very timely and accurate tracking.
