Box arrived crushed
Box arrived crushed, flowers inside heavily damaged and broken, water source was bone dry. $100 wasted. I didn’t buy the insurance - never had a problem before. Last order. Quality doesn’t match the price point.
Update: Farmgirl was very responsive and sent a replacement right away despite not buying the insurance. Circumstances were unfortunate and they’ve gone above and beyond to make it right. Very happy with the customer service. I will order again but definitely recommend buying the insurance even if you’ve had no prior problems
