Absolutely the worst internet service I have ever used. The connection keeps fluctuating, and the internet goes down at least twice every week. The worst part is that their so-called ground team takes days to fix even a basic connectivity issue.

Their "48 working hours" apparently means 8 hours a day for 6 days. So basically, be prepared to sit without internet for almost a week!

The connection randomly stops working while you're in the middle of something, and the ground team is completely useless. Their customer executives are no better. The only solution they know is: "Sir, please reboot your router."

Worst internet provider. Don't waste your money or time. NEVER take this connection.

Absolutely terrible and dishonest service. Stay away!!!

My experience was extremely disappointing. They show a lower fare initially, but once the trip is completed, the final amount suddenly increases with additional charges.

They also claim that toll charges are included, but later you find out that only one toll was supposedly included and everything else is charged separately. The pricing is not transparent at all.

The car was smelly and poorly maintained, and the driver experience was equally bad. There were also attempts to increase the total kilometres, which directly increases the fare. You have to keep checking Google Maps yourself throughout the journey, otherwise you may end up paying for unnecessary extra kilometres.

Overall, a very poor and frustrating experience. Be extremely careful, verify the fare, tolls and kilometres yourself, and don't assume that the amount shown at booking is the final amount you'll pay.
