Ich habe jetzt schon zwei Mal bei der Brand bestellt und bin sehr happy mit allem. Die Klamotten sind zwar pricey, haben aber auch eine gute Qualität und sind meist aus Baumwolle.
Ich habe jetzt das erste Mal meine Bestellung zurückgeschickt und nach zwei Wochen mein Geld zurückbekommen (minus Versand, der selbst bezahlt werden musste, was ich fair finde).
Also Kundenservice, Qualität, alles super :)

Mit dem Kundenservice hatte ich nichts zu tun und kann hier keine Bewertung abgeben. Mein Armband habe ich ohne Probleme und relativ schnell erhalten.
Zur Qualität des Armbandes muss ich allerdings eine eher schlechte Bewertung abgeben. Ich habe das beliebte “Infinite Bonding Bracelet Gold” Armband gekauft und war sehr zufrieden damit, wie es aussah.
Ein Monat später fällt mir auf, dass die Perlen der Kette völlig abgenutzt sind und der Glanz (der auf den Perlen war) abgeblättert ist. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das goldfarbene noch die gleiche Farbe wie vor einem Monat hat (hoffentlich bleibt das auch so).
Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass die Beschreibung auf der Website “100% wasserfest, kein Verfärben” demnach irreführend ist, da die Perlen sich verfärbt haben und immer mehr nach weißen, matten Kugeln aussehen.

I read the reviews here after my purchase and got a little bit scared. However, I am fairly happy with my purchase - maybe because I got what I expected, at least partly. I unfortunately got bottoms from a different bikini which is fine because it is the same color and pattern, just different style. Reading these other reviews I didn’t bother trying to send them back though, I can live with it.

Shipping:
The shipping from China to Germany was under ten days which is pretty fast in my opinion. If you have anything planned in under 14 days I would advise to order somewhere else though, maybe I was just lucky with the shipping time.

Quality:
I haven’t worn them yet but the quality seems fine - typical for a company like this I would say. Of course you’re not going to get the highest quality but I think that it’s fine. There was no weird smell to them or anything and for the price those are good.

Sizing:
If you’re in between sizes or a bigger chested woman I’d recommend sizing up because the tops run small. They kind of give a good push up because of that but I wish I ordered a size L instead of M (even though the bottom might’ve been too loose then).

Important note:
I did not try to return these items nor have I been in any contact with the company so I can’t say anything about that. Reading these other reviews you should only order if you know you’ll keep these items. Also make sure to pay via Paypal or anything that offers you security if there are issues with the order.
