We're in communication with the customer. Her original shipment was incorrectly flagged and returned by CanadaPost. Whilst this was outside of our control, we've upgraded her to a top of the line unit by way of an apology and sent out the replacement unit via expedited courier. We're hoping this experience turns into a 5 star experience.
