UPDATE (May 27, 2026): From a great start to a total disaster.

I need to completely revise my initial review. While the onboarding and start seemed smooth, the actual campaign execution was catastrophic—delivering less than 20% of the projected output across all 4 paid campaigns.

When I canceled due to this massive underperformance, their Campaign Manager (Angel) explicitly promised me in writing: "If you aren’t happy with your results, please let me know and I’ll entirely rebuild your campaign from scratch."

But the second I held them to their word and requested that rebuild for the services I already paid for, they completely ghosted me. 4 days of total silence, even with senior management in copy. Don't be blinded by the smooth start—the actual delivery and B2B support are completely unprofessional. Avoid.
