Very positive experience. They delivered excellent products in a timely fashion. Would definitely deal with them again. They support veterans!

Unfortunately, you can't leave negative stars. I have never received the corner clamps I ordered. Apparently, their logistics provider keeps failing to deliver for unknown reasons. Perhaps it's because they don't know how to use a globe? One report said that they had successfully delivered the item to Germany, but couldn't deliver it locally. This is no doubt because I don't live in Germany, and Germany is quite far from Canada, where I actually do live. Never again will I trust this company or any other on-line company I've never heard of. I will always look for reviews first. The one surprising thing is that they keep responding to my emails (at least so far). I wonder how long they're going to keep up this charade?

The ease and simplicity of Expatfile was great.
