I only played 2 lottery games and won a platinum prize! I won a cruise to the Norwegian Fjords! I have to admit I was VERY sceptical if I had actually won a prize for real. However, I was inundated with emails from a member of staff, congratulating myself and trying her best to get me my platinum prize. I work in a school so have to book the cruise during Peak time. About 50 emails back and forth and then putting me in touch with their own travel agents. Finally got a cruise booked for Next year. I cannot fault the staff members, as they have been in constant contact and very helpful. I am beyond excited and feel like has this really happened? Have I really won this? Moments. But I did and can’t wait until April 2027.

I emailed the company with a worry, that I didn’t receive my email confirmation. Within 1 hour they replied and resent the email. Very polite and attentive email that they sent me. Cannot fault them, the speeding of the reply was fantastic.
